READ THE FINE PRINT: "500W not 1500w" that's where they first get you, The speedometer clamps are cheap plastic so be careful screwing it in the wire is real flimsy one crash and it's done it also works when it want, The top speed is 28mph but the speedometer reads 35mph i confirmed with two different speedometers, the throttle key combo bangs on your thumb when throttling cutting me, The handles bars are too tall making sharp turns feel sketchy, Full throttle 12-15 miles MAX, Pedal assist 25-30 miles MAX. it looks nice rides nice but half these reviews are CAP! if i was in a better position i would have refunded and returned it, But i need it more than i care to admit at the moment. Do yourself a favor and save up and buy something with 1500w base, (1500 "peak" is not the same as 1500w base). ... show more

Overall it's a good bike. I've had it for a ninth and haven't had any issues besides the bike chain and brake pads. If you're going excessive speeds and need to stop abruptly, you'll notices your stop time getting longer. I'd recommend buying additional brake pads for your convenience. The bike chain loosening and tire getting low on air are usual for me, since where i live the sidewalks are hazardous so I have to do maintenance on my bike weekly. Other than that, the battery life lasts me about three days on a full charge (I have a 20 min commute to work). The power is great, you'll zoom off so be careful. Very easy to assemble since the heavier/ difficult parts are already installed for you, just make sure you have a power tool to tighten the bolts, they can loosen easily while riding. It's a strong bike, a little heavy but great. I bought this bike during a sale so for what I paid, yes, I think it's good value for money. Since I don't have a car, this is great for me to get to work or run small errands, and I've saved so much on car share alone this month. ... show more

BEWARE
After putting this bike together, the bike didn’t work. I messaged seller who wanted me to send a video of what the bike was doing. After sending the video, they wrote back and said to flick the breaks, they may be stuck. Hoping it was going to be a simple issue, I took it to a local bike mechanic who informed me he thought it was a bad motor and possibly the wiring as well. I messaged seller asking first a refund and they approved it except I was responsible for paying to have it sent back. The cost would have been more than I purchased the bike for. Now I am stuck with a bike that doesn’t work, no one wants to work on and if they do, will be very expensive. 12/21/25 I would like to give an update to this review. After I wrote this review, the company reached out to me and sent me a video and instructions on something else to try to get the bike to work, This still did not fix the issue. The company offered a $100- refund which I very much appreciated and are sending by fedex a new motor and monitor screen to replace the existing ones. I am very hopeful this will fix the issue. I would also like to add that the company was very good about messaging me back which I feel is sincere. I am sure they deal with a lot of people trying to fraudulently get refunds or replacement parts but I am not one of them. When I get the replacement parts and the bike is working, I will update my review once again. ... show more

Easy put together
It’s a ok bike for the price built tough but battery go really fast an if you weight anything like me 200 to. 250 ish don’t expect to see 40mph lol up hill 11 maybe down hill 30ish the more petite you are it would be better for you maybe I need more power
