For the price, this e bike is amazing! Solid feeling, has 3 speed modes that do not require peddling! Speed 1 up to 15 mph, speed 2 up to 25 mph, speed 3, up to 35 mph! Bright display. Missing a few screws and nuts, get ready to go to hardware store. Tools included, Kickstand included, no mirrors. Twist throttle. Had to let air out of front tire and loosen on rim before refilling, warped rubber from packing so tight. Glad I purchased, Sometimes motor not responsive, but a quick pull on left brake starts again. Took about two hours to assemble. Battery life about 45 miles at 30 mph. Has 20 in plastic rims. Good headlight and rear brake and turn sigmals, mousy horn.

Very well built bike I just wish I knew how to unlock it. I'm still working on it. Other than that it's a very solid right right out of the box I had no problem putting it together everything works I checked all the wires before assembly everything is fine I don't know if it's just me or what but I leave nothing but a good review this is a good bike and has a 53 year old man I like the seat it's memory foam. Also the seller was very communicative and solved all my issues they stayed in contact with me answered me when I responded good company good bike you want to cruise around town this is the one.

The first thing you should do when you get this bike is find the instructions and light them on fire. The instructions give you 6 steps and none of them are actual steps to put together the bike. There’s maybe 65 steps altogether and none of them are in the instruction manual and they give you this little card to scan to get directed to a way to contact them and it says it’s no longer available. They sent me a screwdriver that was literally just the handle not the actual part to screw anything in. Unless you know how to put together electric bikes and do this on the regular I don’t recommend you get this. I had to use Chat the entire time to be able to build this bike and it was still wrong. Not happy, not really impressed at all and VERY pissed off that it took me three hours to build this bike with zero instructions and no way to contact the maker of it. I have no clue if this bike is actually safe to ride because there’s no instructions to follow while building it and it goes 35mph. Can you imagine going that fast and it just falling apart because there’s no instructions. Can’t figure out why the seat is so low on mine and doesn’t match the picture shown in the instruction manual. Starting to think they just didn’t feel like putting this bike together the rest of the way and threw it in the box. I repeat do not buy this for your child, Your teenager or anything. It’s not safe. The instructions do not match the bike. there’s no way to make sure it’s properly put together. I have leftover parts and an instruction manual that has zero information on how to put the bike together besides, “make sure you put the screw in the right hole” That’s what it says. Uploaded their incredibly ridiculous instruction manual so you guys can see what I spent three hours dealing with! do not I repeat do not buy this bike. I’m tick off

Overall the bike is average at best. Mine arrived with the rear shock broken. It would bottom out anytime I went over a bump and ended up shearing the threads off. I tried resolving the issue with the customer service team and they refused to replace it, telling me the only option was to go to a bike shop and buy a replacement and that they'd only "reimburse me" after I bought it. When I asked for any other options they ended the chat. I don't appreciate being told to put down more money to replace a part that arrived broken. The brakes aren't very good at all, I had to replace them after a couple of weeks because it took me about 5 seconds to come to a complete stop from the max speed. Only after I put about 400 extra dollars into it to replace the brakes, tires and rear shock, did it actually become reliable and consistent. You get what you pay for with bikes like these. By far not the worst deal but definitely not the best. The seat cushion is also incredibly thin towards the back, making it very uncomfortable to ride for more than 20 minutes at a time. The picture I attached is after I replaced the tires, rear shock and brakes.

My son relies on this e-bike to get to school every day, so when it isn't functioning, it becomes a real hassle for our morning routine. While the bike itself has some great power and features, the initial experience and some part quality issues have been a bit let down. The assembly was bit difficult than I anticipated, specifically the handle. I was able to install three of the screws without any issues, but the fourth screw just would not align properly. After a lot of struggle and frustration, I was finally able to get it installed, but you really need a drill machine to get everything to line up right. It was definitely a pain to deal with right out of the box. The bigger issue surfaced after about a month of use. The quality of the tire tube is not great, I noticed the valve starting to separate from the tube itself. Because my son needs this for school, I couldn't wait around, so I had to hire someone to replace it with a new tube to get the bike functional again. The bike definitely looks trendy and performs well when it's running, but the assembly struggles and the tube failure made this a three-star experience for us. It's a practical machine once you get past the hurdles, but be prepared for some extra work.

Overall it's a good bike. I've had it for a ninth and haven't had any issues besides the bike chain and brake pads. If you're going excessive speeds and need to stop abruptly, you'll notices your stop time getting longer. I'd recommend buying additional brake pads for your convenience. The bike chain loosening and tire getting low on air are usual for me, since where i live the sidewalks are hazardous so I have to do maintenance on my bike weekly. Other than that, the battery life lasts me about three days on a full charge (I have a 20 min commute to work). The power is great, you'll zoom off so be careful. Very easy to assemble since the heavier/ difficult parts are already installed for you, just make sure you have a power tool to tighten the bolts, they can loosen easily while riding. It's a strong bike, a little heavy but great. I bought this bike during a sale so for what I paid, yes, I think it's good value for money. Since I don't have a car, this is great for me to get to work or run small errands, and I've saved so much on car share alone this month.

2nd update: Customer service is amazing! The issues I had with just minor defects they corrected immediately. For all those negative reviews, I’m surprised that issues you claim weren’t addressed, it took a 24hr response and they corrected my issues. Make sure you take photos for them once you open the box and send it to them right away and they can help. But I would definitely buy from them again! Update: the ride is pretty smooth but I do hear a noise coming from the back tire gears when riding. Don’t know what it is yet. You have to adjust the breaks to align them before riding unless you want to go through the breaks quickly. Haven’t ridden it yet due to issues setting it up. One of the washers for the front tire came in broken. The instructions were not helpful. The paint job on frame came in scruffed. I will update on the battery and how well (smooth) it runs. The seat cover is cracked. Use your ow tools as well when setting the bike together. You will strip the nuts if you use the tools provided as they are real Bad and you could also hurt your hand using them. Haven’t tested out the light yet but love how big the front light is.
