Worked great for about a month and now can't used the pan & tilt feature, don't stay connected, and will not allow to connect to network. The return window has closed so I'm stuck with a useless piece of equipment. And before you ask, I've done the reset, changed cameras, reset again, moved area, got wifi extender, reset again and nothing worked!! Will likely change camera system Update 2/2/25- I was contacted a couple of weeks ago by a ring representative regarding the prior review. So an appointment was scheduled and after doing several resets and the rep looking into the ring account it was discovered that the issue was the camera and not the pan & tilt. The problem was solved and will be receiving a replacement camera!

The Ring Pan Tilt Mount is a game-changer for our Stick Up Cam! It significantly improves the range of motion, allowing us to adjust the camera for the perfect viewing angle. Setup was simple, and it integrates seamlessly with our Ring system. The mount moves smoothly and provides a much wider field of view, making it easier to monitor larger areas. It’s sturdy, well built, and holds the camera securely in place. Paired with the Stick Up Cam, it enhances both security and convenience. Easy to set up. Works only with stick up cam, gives ability to view 360 degrees, when done goes back to home position. A little difference from other 360 cameras I've had, it doesn't follow a person when motion is detected but picture quality is excellent. I mounted one on garage wall ( only get 180 degree), and one on top of 10 foot 4x4 post at lake360 degree. Ring please make a pan tilt for Outdoor Cam Plus

I have many ring cameras and many Wyze cams, I prefer each brand for different applications, I have had a passive Ring Stick-Up Cam Wired for about a year on the back side of my house, and while I liked the video quality, and the cameras location suited my needs, the adjustment of the standard mount left a little bit to be desired in such a tight space. And while the new Wyze Cam Pan V3 peaked my interest, and works well for another spot of my house, the availability of power on the back side is very limited and requires the full use of Ring’s 20’ cable. Thus, the Ring Pan and Tilt mount caught my eye. Compared to a dedicated Pan and Tilt camera, this mount is limited in that it lacks motion tracking of any kind, and has no form of waypoints outside of the single home position. However, for a low traffic area, I.E. a dark corner of your yard with only one entrance and exit where you’d like to have a little extra visibility (fence lines, window wells, pool equipment, etc…) this mount works perfect. The only thing about it that I wasn’t the fondest of was the angled mounting bracket, it causes the images to the left and right to be angled when panning, (a 90 degree mount like the Wyze Cam Pan V3 would’ve have been better suited in my opinion) but this was a small issue that I could easily correct with some wood shims.

The Ring Tilt Mount is the unsung hero of camera accessories. Before I installed it, my Ring camera was basically staring at my porch like it was daydreaming. Now? It’s laser-focused, catching every delivery, suspicious squirrel, and neighbor kid cutting across my lawn like it’s on a mission. Installation was super easy—screw it in, adjust the tilt, and voilà! It’s like giving your camera a chiropractor appointment and a caffeine boost at the same time. Whether you want to angle it up, down, or somewhere in between, this mount gives you that sweet spot of visibility. Honestly, it’s one of those small purchases that makes a big difference. Highly recommend—unless you're a porch pirate. Then… not so much.

Works great. Just be aware it doesn’t work on “outdoor cam”. Only stickup cam. The base is too large on an outdoor cam to fit.
