Great customer service! We have three of these gold fixtures (one small & two large.) Two have worked flawlessly from the beginning ( over 6 months).One has had many issues. Lamps have flickered and then gone out completely. I had to wire in the two supplied extra leds ( not an easy task) and then two others began to flicker. I contacted the company and after careful exchanges l was able to explain the situation; they promptly sent out a replacement.I am very pleased & hopeful that this one will operate as well as the two good units. We love the look of these and have had many compliments.

I'm very happy with this light fixture, despite some issues along the way. The good - it's bright, really bright. I put this in the kitchen, and it's great for cooking. With the array of lights there's less shadows while preparing food and cooking than with a smaller fixture. It fills our room nicely. It really meets what I was looking for, and adds a nice modern look to our kitchen. Down sides - this is the second one, first came without the glass diffusers which really makes it not worthwhile. No big deal, Amazon helped replace it quickly. The only other issue is assembly and installation. Be prepared to spend a little time on this, and pay attention to where you start. There are two layers, make sure you do the bottom ones first!! Installation is also tricky because of the width of the lights. Holding it up, and wiring everything is tricky because you have to be close to the ceiling, and reaching over the "blades." It's not impossible, just takes a bit of endurance. Also the junction box they provide was a pain so I pulled that off and just used wire nuts. Bottom line - I'd do this again. The light is very nice looking, really lights our kitchen well, and is worth the effort. I'll follow up if it fails.

The media could not be loaded. My house is all modern style decor, so I was attracted by this one when I browsed around online. Definitely match the color and style of my living room, and I really like it. My old light is a daylight color light, but I like something brighter and more LED white in my living room, so this is a perfect fit. If you prefer something softer color, this may be a bit bright for ya. I think the price definitely worth it. The installation was pretty straightforward. Just assemble all the parts first (would be good LEGO time for the kids lol). The video says you need to drill a hole to the wall, but we see there is a metal piece embedded in the wall for our light, and we can simply screw the light socket onto the metal piece and don’t need a drill at all. I’d say hanging the light would need ideally two people, one holding the light, and the other connects the lines (the lines part is straightforward too coz it’s all color labeled). So I’d suggest to have at least one person who’s physically stronger to hang the light. The light is not heavy, but getting it to the right angle would need a bit time. But overall it’s an easy job.
