I bought this for my mom and she loves it. I have used it a few times while visiting and I should have definitely gotten one for myself. The quality is great, and I love the airflow control and how you can change it from hot to cold. Great if you prefer not to use heat on your hair because it isn't like a normal blow dryer where you have to hold the cold button. It is a sliding button and once on cold it stays until you change it. It is pretty comfortable to hold and is a little better than average drying time.

Do I think this is worth the money? No, however the way it dries my hair so quickly and flawlessly is an under statement! I have been using it for a decent amount if the time and I'm still trying to figure out how to work the curlier part attachment! I will say it really does work well and it's not something I would normally buy but I was blessed enough with a big Amazon gift card! I will say that the package it comes is fits anywhere and it would be a good to travel with for sure!

Super disappointed with this product. I have wanted this thing for YEARS and finally pulled the trigger. I got it, unboxed it, turned it on, used it for less than 15 minutes when it just...turned off. It started flashing red, so the manual says that indicates a dirty filter. How?! IT'S BRAND NEW. So I took the filter off, blew it, replaced it. Then it's flashing white, which I guess means there's still something wrong with the filter. I looked it up and I found that can be a sign of overheating. But I used it less than 15 minutes not even on the heat setting! I also was completely unable to connect it to Bluetooth. I was hoping that if I connected it it would tell me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it but nope. It would not connect. I contacted Dyson support and they said they wouldn't do anything for me since it was purchased through Amazon. Amazon, thankfully, is exchanging it but I am highly disappointed in this. For being a FIVE HUNDRED DOLLAR piece of equipment, I expected much, MUCH better from Dyson. I hope I just received a defective product, and will update my review of the next one works as intended.

After weeks spent poring over reviews for the Dyson Airwrap Multi-Styler for Curly+Coily Hair, I finally decided to pull the trigger and get it as a gift for my wife. Let's be honest, the price tag gave me serious pause! It's a hefty investment, and I spent a good while wondering if it could really be worth that much. But the countless five-star reviews, especially from those with curly hair, kept calling my name. I took the leap, and I'm so glad I did. All those glowing reviews weren't wrong! My wife is absolutely over the moon. She's telling everyone – friends, family, even the mailman, probably – how awesome it is. She admits it took her a couple of tries to really get the hang of the attachments and techniques. But after just one week, she was a total convert, calling it an "unbelievable tool." Her curls look fantastic, and she loves how it styles her hair without extreme heat. Seeing how happy she is and how much she genuinely loves using it makes the initial sticker shock totally worth it. If you're on the fence, especially if you have curly or coily hair, I can say from our experience: believe the hype!

I LOVE my Dyson Airwrap! It's easy to use, even for a non-hair-handy person like me. This is the first tool I've ever used for my hair, besides a brush, and it makes my life a lot easier. Dyson is of the best quality and the color is beautiful! Eventhough my hair is straight/wavy and not curled or coily, I was advised by my hairstylist to buy the curly/coily version due to the diffuser. And I must say, she was not wrong: it dries my hair and roots so fast. I already feel a difference in the way my scalp feels. I live in a warm and especially humid climate, which is hard on the scalp (sweaty, itchy). With the diffuser it's way less itchy and it's better for your hair. See this as your trigger to BUY IT!

I gave it to my mother in law as her bday gift she only used for 3 months and it stopped working, she reached out to costumer service and they are sending a new one. Make sure if you buy it to register for the warranty in case you have the same issue. She loved it so much and told me costumer service for dyson was amazing

Amazon was way better than buying straight from Dyson. Since price is very close I would not recommend buying directly from Dyson, customer service is the worst I've ever had.
