    • Better than I ever dreamed
I was thrilled when this product was offered on a prime day sale but still debated on whether to buy it or not. I am not one to do a lot to style my hair. Often I let it air dry and then pull it back into a pony tail. The Dyson Airwrap was made for people like me. They have videos online so you can learn how to use it best and get the results you want. I have long straight-ish hair with quite a few gray hairs that don't behave. I've used several of the attachments and am amazed at how quickly and easily I can have smooth straight hair or lovely curls with lots of volume. I was so excited to receive my Airwrap! Sadly it only worked three times and even after cleaning the filter it would not stay on. I called Dyson to troubleshoot several times and that didn’t fix the problem either. I called yet again and was sent a return label as they agreed to send a replacement. I sent it back in September and have yet to receive my new Airwrap. I’ve called five to six times and they keep saying I’ll receive tracking information within 24 hrs which hasn’t happened yet. Think long and hard before you shell out 600.00 for this product. I regret not purchasing the Shark version! ... show more

    • Awesome gift for that special woman in your life
This was a Christmas gift for my fiancé. She loves looking her best, but the time commitment is always a hurdle. She now loves her Airwrap! It is a little pricy but it cuts her time to do her hair by more than 1/2. Her hair is also healthier and beautiful on a constant basis. Why doesn't this come with a larger brush. It's funny that I still use my Revlon 2 because I LOVE that brush. It doesn't pull hair and the brush is a bit square... it's perfect, but what I love about the Dyson is that it's not as hot, and even though I bought their larger brush ($39.99), it still doesn't work. I wish the Dyson people did a jumbo brush, exactly like the Revlon...then it would be PERFECT! ... show more

I love my Dyson! I have literally recommended it to everyone. The price is expensive, yes! But it seems like it will last a very long time. I am not one to get my hair done, not even cut very often. I honestly dislike going to hair salons. . . too many sounds and too much going on. I am so glad I can get a "blowout' at home. And the attachments are amazing, I have used every one of them!     • It was EXPENSIVE & I was impressed
It is like the Tesla for curling irons! It is expensive, but i am impressed with how easy it is to use! It literally wraps itself! within 2 minutes of unpacking (which had ~4 layers of packaging) i had curls! I still need to watch the videos online! It was easy to use! i have not burned myself.
