I love this chair! It is comfortable, extremely functional, and very pretty. The two motors make the back and legs able to function separately so you can sit in any position. My last chair only had one motor, so it was not as flexible or comfortable. The motor is also very quiet, which is important to my husband since he is right next to me while I am in my chair. I did talk with customer service, and they respond immediately and are very helpful. All in all, I love my chair and am very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this chair. ... show more

I reall y looked forward for this chair because of medical issues I have. I love the heat and massage features. I do not like that my legs are not supported like they should be. I would not buy again.

I waited awhile before reviewing this product to see how The Dual Lift Chair by DYNOX perform for a couple of months. I am very impressed and very satisfied with this excellent and well-made chair by DYNOX. It has met all my expectations and an excellent chair for recovering after a hip replacement surgery! I still use the chair to sit and sleep every night after 7 months and still recovering. It’s perfect for those who wants to recover with hip precautions because it prevents you from turning over or displacing your hips. The lift also prevents your feet from swelling . I use the motor many times per day and after seven months thus far is working perfectly! Excellent chair with excellent motor performance and I would buy it again from DYNOX !!!
