Chair was fairly easy for this 60-year old female to assemble. Did not take long at all. It is very comfortable and just what we needed for my 92-year old mom. We try not to use the lift feature as she does not need it at this time, but when she does it will be there. The color is a grey blue. Very pretty. It's not too small and not too large. Mom is 5'3". If she does not sit back all the way, her feet do hang over the footrest. But, if she is positioned properly it is very comfortable for her. While she does not sleep in it, I did try it flat and that too is comfortable with the pillow provided to fill in a gap. Nice that the back and foot rests operation separately. We have not used the heat function as it is almost summer though she does enjoy the massage function. Very happy with purchase. ... show more

I have had this chair for almost 6 months. It was easy to put together. It is sooo comfortable. Sleep in it more than my bed. The leather seems to be very high quality and soft. You will love it!

I spent months searching for a leather lift chair. They are very hard to find. This one works exactly as described. My only issue is that I had trouble getting the back on. It didn't glide all the way in so It left a little gap between the back and the seat. Customer service was amazing. I showed them pictures of the problem and they immediately sent me another chair. I love the leather and it looks exactly like the picture. The massage is great and the heat is exactly what I need. If I need another chair I will be buying from them again. ... show more

We love the chairs. They are comfortable and good looking. The lift works but it is a little slower than we would like. I guess that is safer. The lumbar cushion is not attached so it works as a pillow when reclining which is a very good feature.

no USB plug seating small. not comfortable for the cost now, after several weeks, the chair is even MORE uncomfortable. my sciatica is hurting. this is the most uncomfortable chair ever. my feet hangover foot rest, which barely raises at all. what a total ripofff!!!!’

This chair arrives in 2 separate boxes. The base of the chair is very heavy. It is very easy to assemble. Once assembled the chair is amazing. It does everything. Legs up, head back, heat, soft and supple. Worth the $$. I’m 5’3” head height seat space feet touch the floor.
