The heat and massage features are wonderful bonuses. If you need mobility assistance and are average or petite in size, I highly recommend giving this chair a try!

Chair is very well made and comfortable...long enough for 6ft 3 man. This company goes above and beyond when fedex lost package this company immediately sent another . My dad loves how flat this reclines, how it functions with the lift. It is a very quiet chair only time you hear a little hum is when dad has on the massage function. Love all the positions it has so adjusting his body weight to make him comfortable is perfect.

Seems very well made, seat is very firm, not as comfortable as I would like. I probably would not have purchased the chair had I been able to sit in it before hand. Perhaps it will soften up over time. We need to use a seat cushion for my husband who has Parkinson's. Easy for me to operate, the two remotes are more challenging for my husband. Chair recline and lift operate smoothly and has infinite adjustment. It is a very attractive chair. Did not come with protective seat cushion as advertised.

Extremely well engineered, sturdy. Best of all the flip-down footrest supports my feet instead of having them dangling off the end. The materials are all high quality, very comfortable chair. The electric controls adjust the back and footrest separately, which I love.

I bought this for my brother who was in ICU for 3 months. He was so weak. The stand up feature was what I was looking for. It works great! I got the tan color. It is a real tan, not orange thankfully. Its plenty big for a man, but not so big you can't fit it in your living room! And its heavy, very well made. All the features worked fine. Only downer is the assembly part. Took 2 of us to put it together, but it was worth it. I highly recommend this chair. Good value for leather!!! Worth every penny.

The chair arrived in 2 boxes and took about 20 minutes to assemble. The instructions were so faint, they were illegible but the assembly was obvious. Once assembled the chair was 29" wide which is fine for a smaller room. The seat was 22" wide which seems to be standard and leaves me plenty of room to move around. One of the power supplies was missing but and note to the manufacturer soon had one on its way and I could have some heat and massage. I, like most people who want a recliner lift chair, have difficulty in getting in and out and this was the 3rd chair i bought before I fond one I could easily use. The seat will rise before it starts to tip you out so the height on entry is adjustable. The arms are very sturdy and the wooden section is easy to grab hold of if you are struggling to get in, or in danger of falling. Once in, the chair is designed for a smaller person, around 5'6" or less and I am 5'10" and manage very nicely. It is well padded and very comfortable and I fell asleep in mine this afternoon. Highly recommended!
