Chair is very well made and comfortable...long enough for 6ft 3 man. This company goes above and beyond when fedex lost package this company immediately sent another . My dad loves how flat this reclines, how it functions with the lift. It is a very quiet chair only time you hear a little hum is when dad has on the massage function. Love all the positions it has so adjusting his body weight to make him comfortable is perfect.

OMG! What a wonderful chair. Last year I ordered this chair in cream (White) faux leather and it was almost as great - Hurricane Helene drowned it😩. On 7/2 I broke my foot, had surgery today 7/18, and in between I ordered this chair which is a bit shorter than the first one, but it’s genuine leather and even MORE comfortable!!! My granddaughter assembled it for me in less than 20 mins, which included takin flattened boxes out to bin. I am truly thrilled, not to mention that post-surgery its fabulous to have the lift function. I’ll be sleeping on this chair too. All around a great choice! I’m SO HAPPY with my recliner!

Seems very well made, seat is very firm, not as comfortable as I would like. I probably would not have purchased the chair had I been able to sit in it before hand. Perhaps it will soften up over time. We need to use a seat cushion for my husband who has Parkinson's. Easy for me to operate, the two remotes are more challenging for my husband. Chair recline and lift operate smoothly and has infinite adjustment. It is a very attractive chair. Did not come with protective seat cushion as advertised.

This chair is from a German company manufactured in China. The quality control is top notch, materials are premium, design is very nice, motors and rams are ultra quiet, vibrating massage has 8 settings and 3 selectable areas. Heat function in lumbar area is top notch. Tools not required for assembly, 2 boxes easy setup. FedEx delivery for free with excellent tracking. Lift function is smooth and controlled and very safe. Don't hesitate to buy. I can't speak for leather as I ordered fabric and the quality of the fabric and wood is top notch. Great chair with a small footprint. You will need to space away from a wall to get full recline. Value is top notch especially if you catch it with a coupon.

The chair arrived in 2 boxes and took about 20 minutes to assemble. The instructions were so faint, they were illegible but the assembly was obvious. Once assembled the chair was 29" wide which is fine for a smaller room. The seat was 22" wide which seems to be standard and leaves me plenty of room to move around. One of the power supplies was missing but and note to the manufacturer soon had one on its way and I could have some heat and massage. I, like most people who want a recliner lift chair, have difficulty in getting in and out and this was the 3rd chair i bought before I fond one I could easily use. The seat will rise before it starts to tip you out so the height on entry is adjustable. The arms are very sturdy and the wooden section is easy to grab hold of if you are struggling to get in, or in danger of falling. Once in, the chair is designed for a smaller person, around 5'6" or less and I am 5'10" and manage very nicely. It is well padded and very comfortable and I fell asleep in mine this afternoon. Highly recommended!
