I have to admit that I am a dynaudio Fanboy as I have listened to their speakers for about 20 years now. There are other speakers out there that are as good if not better, but the sound dynaudio produces is consistently pleasing to my ear. I upgraded from an emit series to these and the change was dynamic. The emit series is an excellent speaker, but it is more clinical. That is not normally a term I would use for this brand and it is not overly clinical but it is definitely more clinical than these. These are very warm and lovely but offer a nice high-end and low end. These don't have full Tower or subwoofer base but they are very good. The mid base is so strong that I had to play with positioning in order to cancel out the reverb off my back wall. I know this is a normal thing to do but I already had my speaker's positioned based on the previous setup and these overpowered my placement completely. I highly recommend. ... show more

I purchased these speakers after a month of research, but not having a chance to hear them. I made a solid choice. Excellent sound reproduction across the spectrum. Highs may be a bit attenuated, but not to the overall pleasure of listening. I heartily recommend. I think these outperform Paradigm reference floor standing speakers I have owned for 18 years. ... show more
