July 2015 update : it just gets worse. Now one of the training wheels have completely shredded. I'm guessing my kids have less than two hours riding time on this bike. Now I can't get the company to respond to my emails. As with many reviewers when I came to build the bike a few days before Christmas the forks would not allow the wheel to fit. I was lucky, I have access to a working factory with skilled fabricators. I dropped the bike in and the guys went to work with wood blocks and hammers. They got the wheel to fit but the bike did suffer a few paint scrapes getting it done. The fact that I managed to get it to work doesn't excuse the factory not even QC inspecting this. Very very bad really and it would have left us without a bike for Christmas for our 3.5 year old. I just can't forgive them for this error and the fact that it's happened to so many others, 2 stars I'm afraid. As a side note the bike is a little big for him but he's not going to get much use until the summer anyway so I'm hoping he grows a bit more before then and can use it. ... show more
