This is the best Protein Powder (IMhO ofr course) and it is LOW CARB. Read the label on the container I'm a type 2 Diabetic, it works just fine. The milk chocolate and the gourmet chocolate are the best tasting of all the protein powders out there. I add yeast, blueberries, plus some scoops of electrolytes (w/1000 potassium) and a heaping helping of Spirulina (Carlyle brand). I do NOT eat sugary stuff or dessert(s). The only reason I didn’t give this a 5 star rating is because of how difficult it is to open the container. The lid is locked by the paper protector on the rim of the container, making it nearly impossible to open. If I were not as strong (and my anger rating didn’t go through the roof in order to open it), this would still be unopened in my pantry, if not returned. Otherwise, this tastes amazing. The macros for dymatize are outstanding as per usual. Their quality is just the best on the market and it does mix quite well. It's also good for baking. The taste isn't anything special but also not bad by any means. Just the usual vanilla flavor. I would say it is quite sweet though so I usually do not add, or only add very little sweetener to any meal (cake, yogurt etc.) I add this to. They're hiding the good stuff in the 100% Whey bottles. I was disappointed with the Iso100, so watery/thin. This stuff is a bit thicker, and extremely more filling than the Iso100. The taste is spot on here! I tried to like ISO 100 flavors but they're meh. This cookies and cream flavor pops! It's more cookie than cream but that's how it should be! So I have used Dymatize since 2011 when I first got in to bodybuilding. They macros are great, protein doesn't give you bloat or leave a gross after taste (apart from Fruity pebble) and calories sit pretty in my daily intake. I have noticed since Post purchased Dymatize the quality has changed a bit and the flavors are definitely not as good as they used to be.
