We were looking for a more sturdy gazebo. We had a 10'x10' popup that was nice, but a storm destroyed it. Unfortunately, the prices of all of the better metal gazebos were quite a bit more than we were thinking of spending. We watched the prices throughout the season. Then, this one popped up one day with a fabulous price and I jumped at it. The manufacturer shipped from their warehouse locally - really just the next town over from us, so it arrived very quickly and everything was in good shape. The packaging was really fantastic with the items individually wrapped in plastic. As this came in three big/heavy cartons, I had it sitting outside under a tarp for a couple weeks before the weather cooperated and I was able to get around to setting it up. Since everything was well protected in the cartons, there were no issues. I have a lot to say about this product, so I'll try to say a little on each point. Overall, at this point, we're very happy with this model - everything arrived in a timely fashion, in good shape, and the price was unbeatable. We are on the verge of winter, so I did not put the netting or curtains up - will keep those indoors until the spring. The item is very sturdy and will easily stand up to whatever kind of weather we get over the next several months. 1. This item is drop shipped. The seller is DWVO. However, this is the Yita Home 10'x12' gazebo shown at the following location: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CJPWRGWZ If you check my photos, you'll see the packaging obviously indicates it is from Yita Home. 2. I read many reviews before purchasing and everyone's tips for putting these together. Lots of folks say you need 2, 3, or 4 people to put it together. Others simply hire folks to do it. I put this together entirely by myself over a few days. You can do it yourself if you are smart about it and have a little creativity. I have 6 foot and 8 foot ladders and they were invaluable for doing this task. The instructions are pictorial, about 10 pages worth. It's best to become familiar with the instructions before starting. As you are going through the steps and actually doing it, you'll come up with some things to do which makes things easier and more efficient. The kit comes with an Allen wrench and small screw driver - do not use these, you'll tear your hands up and will not have enough leverage if your holes do not line up perfectly (and there will be some that won't). You're going to need a ratchet set and Allen bits. The kit also includes a pair of cloth gloves - there are sharp edges and the gloves will help protect your hands. 3. The instructions have you bolting down the posts at the end. I did it at the beginning. I decided that I didn't want to bolt the posts in to our patio, so instead I picked up some 40 pound 16"x16" pavers and used those to bolt the posts into. This allowed me to make small adjustments to the positioning to be sure that everything was square/level. Our patio is not level - it's kind of wavy because some big tree roots grew underneath. So, having the posts on the movable pavers made things easier finding just the right spot to have everything level. The 40 pound weights holding down each corner, along with the weight of the gazebo itself will insure that it isn't going to move, even in extremely strong winds. 4. As much as possible don't tighten down screws until you have the roof panels in place. That's easier said than done. If you get into a situation where things are not lining up and you can't brute force it, look to loosen some of the screws in the area holding adjacent things. Many times this will allow you to make small adjustments and get things to fit. If you are getting down to the end and just can't get some screws to work for you, get creative and make it work. Try using some narrower screws from your workbench, possibly get out your drill to widen the hole or put it where it needs to be, whatever - for a few screws it's not going to hurt anything. 5. If doing a self install, for screws along the center of the roof panels, you can stretch (I'm 5'9" for reference) just enough to have one hand/arm on the top with a ratchet and the other underneath with a wrench and tighten. You only need to contort to do this for a few of the panels. If you order the panels appropriately when installing, you can get those center screws from the inside/middle instead of from the outside edge. For the screws near the top of the panels, you can take care of those from the top of a ladder on the inside, putting your arm/ratchet through break between the upper roof level. 6. You want to be very sure that things are square/level from the beginning - this will make things easier as you are going through the installation steps. We're excited seeing it completed and cannot wait for spring and summer to come to be spending more time on our patio again, in the shade, protected from the bugs.

A little history. Bought this gazebo late last September and the Mrs. decided I wanted to wait until this Spring to put it up. Smart woman she is, because ultimately we ended up having to replace our 12x40 deck, but that's another story. So, the new deck is complete and it was time to start the gazebo. Oh my gawd, I have never had anything that was that difficult to assemble. Directions said 2-4 hours two people. Well my wife and I are two people, and it took us the entire weekend. I've been in the trades my entire life including building houses for a few years, so I figured if I could do that, well this would be a piece of cake. Not so much! Instructions are pretty good, although not perfect. There were a couple pages that were somewhat confusing, but we got through it. The biggest problem was trying to line up sometimes four holes to insert a bolt through, sometimes (more often than not) it took 20 minutes to line all the hole up and to add to our misery, you had to line up four holes and put a support block in which the bolt also had to go through. Did I mention there were 95 of those cute little blocks? As we were finishing up day two and I had only two more blocks and bolts to install my lovely bride informed me we were out of bolt and blocks. I was short two of the charming little things. Not a problem thought, ill notify the seller and get the missing parts. I did and was informed they were out of stock!!! I was offered a $90.00 credit. Unacceptable, I could get the missing bolts anywhere, but those cute little blocks can only be supplied by the manufacturer. I will say this, the people I dealt with from the seller were great. They get five stars!! I was told they would get the parts from their "overseas manufacturers" (China) but it would take 15-20 days. Seeing how I didn't have much choice , and I was not taking this gazebo down and send it back I kinda had to wait. Well, surprise, surprise, the replacement parts arrived today, in fact, there were more parts than I needed. So, that is my weekend project. I hope those two bolts and blocks don't take all weekend. So, I gave 4 stars overall. it seems strudy, time will tell. Color is good. Ease of assembly is 1 star, only because I can't give a negative star rating. Customer service is 10 stars. Hope this helps anyone considering purchasing this gazebo .

Measurements are inside and outside. Very good quality and looks great on patio. Insect screens are a nice touch. Takes some time because of many parts but not too complicated. Definitely need two people. Sometimes one to hold nut while other person turns screw on other side
