The media could not be loaded. Beautiful, but WAY too difficult to put together and it’s solely because the instructions are awful and unclear. If I could go back in time, I wouldn’t have purchased this gazebo. It took an entire weekend and two afternoons to put together. The roof part is the worst, we had to use double sided tape to keep the rubber pieces that attach to it from popping off because they were so flimsy. Looks beautiful, but buy another brand’s unless you want to crash out.

The gazebo is nice looking, that’s the only reason it gets a 3 star the shipment came the boxes wasn’t torn up but when I opened it and proceeded to install I found multiple pieces bend and chipped up. I went to install roof and the clips didn’t stay on very well need to come up with another system for that cause of that I believe I called it every name in the book.

The curtain and screen hooks are the first things that you need to install in the cross beams. The curtains go up last but the hooks need to be installed before you put the frame together. If miss this the only way to correct it is to cut the curtain tracks kitty corner on each side, slide them in and drill 4 holes and put screws in them to keep the hooks from coming out. Other than that this was an 8 hour maybe 10 hour build. 2 people is good but 3's better. My best tip is keep reading over the instructions. Over and over again that way you'll stay on point 👉 I'm just giving 4 star's because the curtain hooks should have already been in the beams. Otherwise it's a nice Gazebo. It's not a page showing how the curtain hooks are to be installed so this parts a real guessing game. It's as if they don't expect you to use or install the curtains. We did a patio deck mount and added 4 high wind straps to each post to keep it grounded during high winds and tornadoes. Not included in the install kit.

There appears to be a manufacture defect on one group of panels and they say they cannot just replace those panels. They want us to reorder another gazebo and remove what is needed and return the rest or dismantle the 12x18 foot metal gazebo completely, Rebox it and return it. This is a considerable number of labor.
