Mostly all liquid wormers contain the same basic ingredient piperazine which only controls roundworms. The key thing here is that this brand is flavored and when mixed into wet canned food most cats will eat it, so it's easy to feed. One star off because of the price.........the ingredient is inexpensive, and if you don't require flavoring, this product can be purchased at your local farm store in large bottles. FYI : You will see alot of reviewer's complain that it does not work, it does work !!! It does not kill worms, ir expels them. This stuff has a very wide safty range too.

We were very satisfied with this product. We have 2 full-grown Australian Shepherd mix, a Chihuahua mix and 5 5-month old pups, a total of 8 dogs. We were able to dose all of them plus had over a quarter of the bottle left for around $8. Awesome! From what we could tell, it worked great. It didn't upset there stomachs and they loved the flavor. We mixed it in with a tiny bite of shredded up hot dog to be sure they are it, but I think they would have ate it without it because they licked the entire plate when that was gone.

(TW: Blood/gross stuff mentioned) I am really on the fence with this product.... I bought it for my 2 cats and puppy. My cats handled it just fine, liked the taste and it worked as intended. My puppy however, who according to the bottle should have been old enough since she was 12 weeks when she started taking it, she didnt handle it well. We was fine the first 2-3 days but then she got really sick and was pooping nothing but bloody slime and doing so very frequently. Eventually I took her to the vet and even showed him the medicine. He ended up prescribing her amoxicillin to take 3 times a day. He told me she was probably just too young and we could try to give her the worming med again in a month if we still noticed a worm problem. Sooo overall it was both good and bad I guess? I haven't seen any more worms though so I would say it was effective at least. I suppose just be careful and aware it that it might be a problem but might also be fine.

This product made such a difference in my cat that she has made a complete turnaround. She used to cry constantly and was completely bloated to the point that she looked pregnant. After using one dose she was able to eliminate whatever was inside her making her sick and stopped eating constantly and crying every time I saw her, to now resting quietly and sleeping most of the time and eating only small portions. She is so happy and it feels so good to see her come out purring and rubbing on me instead of crying. Thank you for this amazing product!!

Used it for our 4lb kitten. Seemed to make her feel sick for a little while. She laid and slept and didn't eat or drink for a few hours. But it did its job and she passed worms.

So I noticed my kitty had some worms in her poop, I started adding this every 10 days and have seen a difference in her excrement and attitude. She is a bit less sluggish and most active then when she was sick with worms. Now this is a repellant, so it's not meant to get it all out, I would still get a deworming done if it's severe.

We bought this from walmart before for our cat. My husband decided to repurchase it from Amazon. We treated my cat twice for worms and she still had it. We ended up going back to walmart and purchasing a different product that cleared the worms completly up. I dont know if the formula has changed with this product but I wpuld never purchase it again
