  • Optimum shmoptimum Battery like nowhere near as good as regular energizer bunny’s.
Size: 18 Count (Pack of 1)
Battery like nowhere near as good as regular energizer bunny’s. I am so very upset at Energizer for putting out these batteries. Stating their optimum making a big deal about how long they last. It’s really not true at all I have fairy lights I keep lip day and night small ones in my kitchen and I have some candles that Flickr that are battery operated I keep late at night I know the normal life of regular Energizer batteries my candles usually last 3~4 MONTHS. The pillar candle last twice as long maybe six months the battery eaters are my fairy lights the ball type that I have in my kitchen I like to keep them lit alarm at the kitchen whimsy so to speak. Normal Energizer batteries keep each small strand running for two weeks. The new optimum Schmock~timum batteries lasted three days. I change them, thinking that it was a bad couple of batteries and the same thing happened so basically I’ve used the whole 18 count already. My goodness you know in such a short time so they really need to either make sure they’re not selling outdated products because it doesn’t look outdated to me war rethink their batteries and what these type of batteries are used for not just remote lotta fairy lights candles etc. I’m going back to the old ones or a different brand. If anyone knows of a rechargeable brand that lasts well and has a tough charger please send me a message please👍😷✌️ ... show more

  • FAKE BATTERIES SCAM
Size: 18 Count (Pack of 1)
Fake Duracell batteries, no original tag from factory not even expiration date labeled. Rip off, they don’t last 1 month in a t.v. Remote. Scam don’t buy.

  • Used Batteries, missing 6
Size: 18 Count (Pack of 1)
Horrible. I am so dissappointed. This new packaging reseals so you don't know its been opened. Anyway, I never wait to last minute to buy batteries. So, I didn't need to open the package. Well, eventually I did and to my surprise 6 batteries were missing. There isn't the little plastic window, to see them or count. I decided to take the loss as a lesson learned. Then I go to replace my firestick remote batteries and it doesn't work. I cleaned the terminal, rebooted the device and finally used the app to check the batteries. Still NOTHING. I then replace the batteries with some new ones from Home Depot..Bingo, remote works. So apparently some jerk, bought the pack, emptied all the good ones and replaced as many as they could with used old ones (- 6) AND RETURNED THE BATTERIES with the nifty new packaging that reseals. Learn from my dumb mistake. Check the packaging and batteries ASAP. ... show more

  • Duracell Optimum Not A Good Buy
Size: 22 Count (Pack of 1)
Purchased the Optimum AA & AAA 28 packs. Arrived with NO DATE (use by) code on packaging. Claims to outlast Coppertops. NO SHELF LIKE BANNER either. Spoke to Duracell who said "we don't have enough data to know shelf life". Asked them the won't leak guarantee? Same answer! In other words if these leak inside a device I will be out of luck. And the "outperforms coppertops is false and misleading! Their answer was "it depends on the device" Not paying for expensive Duracell's without this important info. Will stick only with coppertops that have date stamps, 10yr shelf life banner on package and 10yr no leak guarantee. ... show more

  • Garbage
Size: 24 Count (Pack of 1)
For anyone contemplating buying this, the batteries are loose inside the mailer. When I opened the mailer, thinking there was a package inside, I had the little holder upside down (50/50 chance) and 10 batteries fell out on my kitchen floor. And that could easily happen the next time, especially if the person opening it is another family member who hasn't been through it yet. Save yourself the trouble. ... show more

  • Some are defective
Size: 18 Count (Pack of 1)
I just noticed some of these batteries have some (green/white powder) corrosion at the ends and are dead. I always wondered why they don't show any expiration date. They seem to have less information printed on them versus all the other Duracell batteries I have purchased previously. These seem bogus and I won't buy again. ... show more

  • Inventory Management Nightmare (AAA)
Size: 18 Count (Pack of 1)
Help me understand how I pay EXTRA money for Duracell's so-branded OPTIMUM batteries, and what I get in return is an inventory management NIGHTMARE? There is NO printed indication of "Best Before Date!" NOT printed on the individual batteries. NOT printed on the cardboard packing. NOT printed on the plastic, resealable tray. So now the onus is upon me, the paying consumer, to magically track when these batteries were purchased? And how long they're guaranteed? What micro-dosing, marketing genius pulled this cost-savings nugget from the back of his shorts? Perhaps Duracell's competitors regard their customers better. ... show more
