abunda_amazon_reviews Whelp, before I got these batteries for my mini thermometer, I didn't really know what happiness was, or that in supposed to like my kid and wife. That's all changed now, though. Ever since they arrived and I threw these little bitties into that SOBing mini thermometer, I'm sleeping better, I've stopped bum fighting, and I actually get most of my urine in the toilet when I pee (I sit down now.. WHO KNEW!?!), but that's not even the best part. I've been able to look at myself in the mirror now, and I can say that I am now able to forgive myself for impregnating that dang woman, and how that zygote ended up 30 years later, well, that was her dang fault. How could I have screwed up raising that boy when I wasn't at the house now than 5 days year, and even then I was drunk! These batteries have allowed me to see this truth and forgive myself. This type of test is superior to just using a voltage meter because the voltage decay rate falls off greater at the end of the useful life. The Best by date on the batteries I received were 2029 (this being 2019). Duracell generally guarantees these batteries to have a 10 year shelf life. I have purchased similar batteries in brick and mortar stores with less than 10 years shown from the year of purchase. Many manufacturers expect the shelf life and the best by date to represent a battery with at least 80% capacity from when it was new. Of course storage conditions, especially temperature, can have a profound effect on this. The child resistant packaging made it a little tougher to get the batteries out of the pack, but not a big deal. There was a sticker on the negative side that needed to be removed.
