Excellent Quality and Very Sturdy!!

As a senior with newly developed plantar fasciitis, I needed a deeper step on my step ladder so my arch isn’t compromised. Also wanted a ladder that is well-built and completely sturdy so I can stand on the third step. This 3-step ladder and the handle is perfect. I often need to get items like a stored away humidifier or suitcases, linens, etc on top closet shelves and I like repainting rooms. I hung up my Christmas garland today and got a casserole dish from the cabinet above the refrigerator and this ladder gave me the support, safety and confidence I need at 76 years old. It feels is bit heavy when I pull it out of the closet, but that’s okay because it provides additional strength training for the bones. It’s easy to open and close. No slippage on the floor. A good value for the quality. Love it!! ... show more

Excellent value
This step ladder is built well. The price is very affordable. It's stable and the hand rail affords stability as it provides a way to help keep your balance and feel secure. I like it so much that I wanted to purchase another one for a family member. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a purchase to anyone. It's compact enough to store behind a door in your laundry room ... show more

Just an ok step ladder
This was a good price and was advertised as having metal steps and 800 pound capability. It had plastic steps that give when I tested them. I doubt it would actually support 800 pounds. I weigh 250 pounds and just didn't feel secure on the ladder. I tested it in my kitchen on a level bare floor. I wouldn't recommend this ladder. ... show more
