I tired to give this little chair a chance because of the price and the instructions said to give it a few weeks for the foam to expand but it was hard to get the side covers to fit and took forever to put together and I bought this for my 91 year old grandmother and she kept saying she was ihurting and I sat on it for a while and then at in the back of the recliner hits like a pullout mattress and cuts right into your back the padding on the leg loft is also non existent and is hard and not comfortable the heater gets too hot which is hard for an elderly lady to communicate so without adding extra padding it is completely useless… I’d return it but not worth the hassle ... show more

For the price point it is great. The only complaint is that the seat is hard. We had to add a pillow to the seat to make it more comfortable.

The chair is ok the arms are a little low for the height of the cushion. It could use more padding and is difficult to assemble you have to build the sides from flat boards . We had to have our grandson help.

This chair is a piece of junk. Don’t waste your money to buy it. The pieces don’t fit together. The zipper broke. It’s crooked. It’s not worth anybody’s money if they were kind they’d give me a refund and come get this chair.

I was surprised that the wood for the sides and back had to be assembled. I had to make a few easy adjustments for the parts to fit. Assembly was easy with great instructions. This chair is uncomfortable. The massage element part, is hard plastic that inflates when activated. The leg rest is the most uncomfortable with those plastic pieces. I am 5'11" and this chair is not a good fit as it is short and also strains my neck. I have already bought an extra head cushion which helps, but will need to buy an additional memory foam top to bottom cushion to make this chair usable for me. It is a good price. For someone who is less than $140 lbs and no taller than 5'7", this would be a good fit. Summary- this size does not fit all. Updated review...now the power mechanism went out. We used this chair 3 weeks. The return window had already closed. Amazon CSR tried helping us with the issue. After confirming the power box was defective, we were offered a partial refund of $64 OR a full refund if we were to return the chair. It weighs 330 lbs & we already threw away the box. We mentioned these concerns to the CSR who then offered a pickup. Assures us we could use any box and pack the chair, disassembled as best we could we bubble wrap. We close the chat, received an email with opposite information, stating it must be packed in the original container, given a different pickup date than we agreed upon and now we must be present for pickup with an 8 hour window. What a hassle and it stated we MAY get the full refund credited to our account 14 days later once the item reaches the warehouse! This is the worst experience I have ever had with Amazon. ... show more
