This ice maker is great! It runs super quick and very quiet, it produces a good amount of ice each cycle. The ice size and amount is very consistent, it does take 1-2 cycles when you first run it, for the ice to produce normally. Set up was very smooth and easy, the instructions were detailed and not confusing whatsoever. The ice bucket it comes with is a good size. I don’t have much counter space so I really loved how compact it is, and it comes with a handle for easy moving. The one year warranty is great as well, but this has worked out great for me and I absolutely love it!

Very nice ice maker I just set it up I bought it for my mom as a Mother’s Day gift. Works seemingly well so far haven’t really had it for long enough to tell if it will stop working quickly but it seems to work very nicely so far. Directions are pretty easy to read and to use. It does make some noise but not to point where it’s loud and annoying. I will say it’s worth the money as well.

Works quickly. Nice size for smaller areas. That's the only reason I gave it 1 star. I am updating my review because I have been using the machine 4 days and the unit has stopped working. I was having issues with it saying water needed to be added when it was about ½ full, but I woke up this morning to no ice and it says add water again. It is completely full but it won't pull water through to make the ice. I turned it off and waited a little while then turned it back on. Same issue. Then I unplugged it while I took a shower, plugged it in and still no water is going to the ice tray. I called for support, they asked me to do all the stuff I had just done and I still have the same issue. They then told me I should leave it unplugged for an entire day so it could possibly reset the unit. WTH! I have never heard of that. I will be attempting a return of this unit. Do not buy! Unit doesn't work right & the support is useless!!

I've only had this for a few days but so far I'm pretty happy. It's a small model, perfect for a single person or small family. Go bigger if you're buying for the office. It's a little bit noisy but it's in the kitchen so it doesn't much matter to me. It makes ice quickly and often. So far, I think it was a good purchase and definitely worth the money.

This product is great for quick ice cubes. I would've put 5 stars but the ice cubes are supposed to be small or large and this item only produces one size. Whether I choose S or L doesn't matter there's no difference when the ice cubes are made they are same size whether I unplug/plug the product or put on/off or change selection S or L.
