Love this ice-maker! I love small ice to crunch on. The ice is great to use for my smoothies. I love the white color. It looks sleek in my pink and white bedroom! It's easy to clean for the most part. You just need to use a small brush for the metal part that makes the ice. I put water and a small amount of white vinegar in it for cleaning. I let it sit in it for 30 minutes or more, run the clean mode and rinse several times. I let it make ice a few times just to make sure it doesn't taste funny. They need to include a scoop holder... like a plunger type holder to put on the side for the scoop. It's not crazy loud, but you can hear it! It catches me off guard late at night sometimes. still getting used to the ice dropping! ... show more

If you're on the fence about what ice maker to choose, I have to tell you this ice maker is amazing! We just bought a new house and got a mini fridge without an ice maker to tide us over until we could get a fullsize fridge with an ice maker. We run this ice maker practically 24 hours a day. It make very good quality ice. Never had a problem with it. We bag it up and place it in the freezer until we need it. It makes the bullet looking ice and you can choose between 2 sizes of ice to make. There's a light on the top to let us know when it needs water too. When we first got it and read the directions it said to plug it in and let it set for 24 hours before using it so that the freon can stabilize. I guess that makes sense. ... show more

I unfortunately expected that this would go well. It has not. It made ice as I babysat it for two weeks which I was perfectly willing to do, I had no illusions because the basket for ice was rather small but then we hit a problem. It just completely stopped working. Hadn't used it for the first week or the last week... Well because It was broken for the last week. Yesterday I tried to reach out to the phone number on the "customer service" and over the mailbox was full, I left an SMS message for them to contact men to and no one ever called. I did ALL of the troubleshooting in the owners manual, on the manufacturers website and even went into look at Reddit/YouTube help. I have drained it completely and refilled it three times. I have unplugged it and left it unplugged for an hour or more three different times. I have gone through the cleaning cycle more times than possible to even recall. I'm stuck here before spent yesterday trying to reach out to get it handled through the company that sells and no luck there so I might have just passed the date where I can return it. So now I'm stuck with just useless thing. DO NOT BUY THIS! ... show more

I’ve never seen one of these and recently was displaced and had to have a place to live .And I needed ice but the place wasn’t big enough for a refrigerator.So I bought this and it makes more ice than I can use Great product at a great price comes with factory 1 year warranty
