I love this eyeliner and it is waterproof. I am seeing some reviews that says it’s not and am thinking these few may have gotten a bad batch or maybe they’re skin just doesn’t hold on to product well. 2 of my daughters have that issue. I have worn makeup all day everyday since I was 13 and this eyeliner is definitely a keeper. I have tried tons of eyeliners, and some quite expensive and they do not go on as smooth and/or dry out within a couple of weeks. The eyeliner pen is nice! The color went on smoothly and lasted all day. My only complaint is that you can't tell it is green because it is so dark. It looks pretty much like black eyeliner, hence the 1 star deduction.

I’ve been using this eyeliner a few years now, the new version’s liner tip isn’t as fine as it used to be. The old tip was much easier to do precise fine lines. This new version more liquid comes out so your line gets thick real quick, and is harder to fine tune your cat eye.
