This product consistently only works for four months and there doesn’t seem to be an option within Amazon to get effective product support/comminication or to use the manufacturers warranty that I can see how to get to. It keeps defaulting to shutting off and saying that the ice bucket is full when in fact there is no ice in there. I've actually bought three of them. It also makes the best ice I've ever had. The machine is awesome, at least until it stops working four months in. So I guess it's like a really great relationship that goes to you after four months of pure joy lol. I hope they will reach out to help me resolve this and so I can change this to a five star rating

It's a pain to refill, but we wanted to make sure the water was good, so it's worth it. And it's way better then having to fill ice trays and wait so long. We use more ice then it makes so I'm always making sure it's full and the ice isn't triggering the full sensor. I don't think there is a better design but maybe a deeper tray and water holder which I assume would cost more. If I ever have to buy a new one I'll be looking for more ice capacity. It says ice in 7 minutes but we timed it and that is only if the machine is on and already cooled. If there is not enough water it does shut off and you have to turn it on after you refill it. We forgot that a few times actually. It makes a little noise. You can hear the water flowing when the water is low. And it makes a motor noise when the water is out. The only load noise it makes is when the ice drops down and is pushed into the basket. Small size is perfect for crunching. Large you can crunch if you let it sit in a drink first. Over all it's a good quality machine and we always have ice on hand.

Worked great for like 4-5 months then started saying ice full when there was no ice. I reached out to Amazon and the seller and couldn't get a resolution. It's probably an easy sensor fix but I don't know how to replace it without some guidance. I'd look for a different brand with sellers that respond.
