Worst purchase ever. Bought for family member with dementia. Controls are to hard to work, I can't even figure them out. Message or heat parts are on seat part no cushion to cover them makes it uncomfortable to set on. Used chair for 3 days and took it out put his old chair back.

The chair is ok the arms are a little low for the height of the cushion. It could use more padding and is difficult to assemble you have to build the sides from flat boards . We had to have our grandson help.
