I was so excited to get this fireplace, HOWEVER, it arrived and was obviously a RETURN. The DOOR was broken, not all the screws were there for the four legs. Looked like a very cheap design. I guess you get what you pay for. I have put in to return this item.

The media could not be loaded. We love this heater. Good size and so nice to look at. We have gas logs in our current fireplace however because of health its hard to take tank to be filled. I would suggest not to buy this product. It is cheap cheap cheap. I’m really disappointed. I just don’t feel like going through all the hassle to return it. But don’t waste your money on this one.
