I bought this Dumos pressure cooker a few weeks ago and I was surprised how practical it is. It heats up quickly, maintains the pressure very well and greatly reduces the cooking time. I use it mainly for beans, meats and broths, and they are always soft and well cooked without having to be checking every now and then. The design is resistant, the lid seals well and the valve is easy to handle even if you have never used a pressure cooker. I also like that it is light and easy to clean, which makes one use it more often without thinking about it. In general, I think it's a very good purchase for its price and how well it works. I love this. It takes the place of my old crock pot for slow cooking and adds rice cooker and so much more. I only have one issue....my granddaughter was watching me prepare food and knocked the lid onto the floor and something inside broke. Now it won't lock into place. I can get it to turn on but it never leaves the preheat phase and I have to be right on top of it to watch it cook. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Mine came dented. Amazon gave me a partial refund since it is just cosmetic. I pulled out most the dent too, so doesn’t bother me too much. The cooker itself is very good! Cooks fast and is a pretty decent sized slow cooker/instant pot. Cheapest one I could find too. I’ve had for a couple months and it is holding up great!
