I've had this chair for several months and have been very happy with all of the important aspects of the chair. It is super quiet and can move about indoors with ease. The chair can turn on a dime especially in small spaces like the bathroom. The joystick takes some getting use to but once you get the hang of it your mobility seams effortless. There is no place in my house I can't get to with the chair. On the outside, the chair folds very easy and has no problem fitting in a car trunk or in my case an SUV. Since I've had the chair, I've taken in on a dinner train, several blocks away to my Banks ATM, the Race Track and several restaurants. Of course, if you have steps to overcome, I highly recommend getting a ramp. It makes getting out of the house extreemly accessable. The chair has a very bright headlight for any situation that calls for nighttime operation and speed adjustments for moving along at a crawl or faster speeds for navigating on carpet or outside on grass or rough or difficult surfaces. The chair has two batteries instead of the usual one battery which extends the life between charges greatly. It comes with a remote so that once you move to a more permanent place like a chair or bed, you can remotely move the chair to an out of the way place. Charging the chair is very easy using one connector to the chair and one to an electric outlet. All in all the chair is simple to use, fairly comfortable to sit in, for periods of time and will add a great deal of mobility to your life. The chair comes delivered in one box and fully assembled so all you have to do is cut away the carton and unfold the unit. It even comes partially charged. You definately won't go wrong this chair!

The EWC is well made and sturdy. Heavy to lift but assembled easily. The problem for me was because my legs are very sensitive and the side bars do not lift up the only entry is to sit down from front. The foot rest lifts up to sit down but I’m 5’2” and it was very painful to lift my legs far enough to lower foot rest. Once I was able to sit down the back leans too far back so I purchased a supportive cushion so I would forward in a straightener manner. Obviously when folding chair cushion had to be removed and then it becomes another item to carry. The joy stick works well but only way to stop chair is to stop pushing stick. I almost ran off driveway into huge rose bush but was caught by my caregiver. The turning radius is good. Because of the cons I returned chair and received a full refund. I’m sure this chair will work for others if they don’t have the restrictions I have.

This wheelchair appears to be very well made. Unfortunately for my specific needs it wasn’t the right one for me. While out of town at a convention I was surprised to see four other people that had this wheelchair. They were very happy with them and all expressed how easy it was to travel with it. The company was very easy and professional with my return.

Great experience with Duff power chair. Arrived very well packed. Batteries arrived same time. Unpacked chair, hooked up cables, plugged in charger. A few hours and ready to go. Very fast. Top speed 6.8mph. Very touchy remote. A little touch can make a big difference. Super sturdy. Bluetooth remote operates chair when empty. Pretty cool. Chair will come to you. Needed help pairing it and customer service responded within a couple of hours with a very easy fix. Overall a great experience. Love the chair. Highly recommend!
