Hey we had a very hard time getting my DUDU7 internet to work properly. I don't know what was wrong but I worked with customer service to get it figured out and they were OUTSTANDING!! And the quality of this machine is just amazing. So amazing that I bought a set of them for each of my vehicles. But I cannot say enough how hard the customer service crew works to make you happy.
