This is a terrible product. The cord is too short for hanging the appliance on the wall. I have attempted twice to contact the seller - and have yet to receive a reply. Originally, I was trying to return the two I purchased because upon opening one I saw that it was cheap, had a scratch. The instructions state not to use the product on an outlet with any other appliances. I ended up using the product because the seller will not respond for a refund. This unit not only does NOT have a AC unit nor produces cold air, but a regular fan, the heater component does not heat up for more than 12 seconds per the timer and does not stay on. Very cheaply made. Material feels as if it would burn up right away. Just a fan and not a very good one either. Pricey for this cheaply made product.
