It’s a good thing this was inexpensive. It was missing half of the handle. After assembling what WAS there, I tried it. It immediately clumped up with dirt and basically did nothing. Would NOT recommend.

It is a little lose when you assemble it but it does the job. It is obviously for a smaller property. If you have a large lawn I would absolutely get a rolling aerator instead. Gloves seem pointless

Received item and had to assemble it. The screws have to be constantly tightened. It's quite a small gadget. Not very useful and quiet overpriced.

The tool is screws inserted in the tool. The holes it makes are small if you can get them through the ground. They also loosen easily

This came without instructions for assembly, but really anybody any age could easily figure it out. Once assembled, it does the job - pokes holes in turf. Narrower than expected, but ok. Then about 30 minutes into aerating my tiny lawn (saturated with water), the handle broke off the base. First one weld failed then the other. The tack-job was done cheaply, and now I’m debating returning it or just digging out a welding rod and fixing it myself. Sale price, sale quality I guess. I was excited when I saw this, but now disappointed because I can't use it... Package came with missing screws for the handle. There ia no instructions or tools to set it up... And also the base "spikes" (that are nail-like screws held in by bolts) are very close together (in my pic I only did 2 rows instead of 3) ... thought they were further apart to cover a larger area. Even if I could use it if I can get the screws for the handle, not sure how sturdy the "spikes would be in hard areas. ... show more
