This watch is beautiful. I received it, removed all the packaging, followed all directions, put it on, threw out the package, and went about my day. Unfortunately, this watch will not work. The hands don't move. I can't return it because I don't have the box, so I have tried every product support option available. There isn't an option with the vendor or Amazon for me to return this defective item to get a replacement, or get a refund, without the box. I guess I should have waited a few days to make sure it worked, but it never occurred to me that they would sell me a non-working watch and I'm trying to keep down the clutter, especially during the holidays when it can so rapidly take over. ... show more

Nice watch for the price. But for small 5 1/2 in. wrists, it's a hassle. I had to get it sized at a jewelers. The band has rough edges that can scratch or irritate skin. Will be listing on eBay.
