Mine came in on 30th of December, I was so happy for it to come in everything works awesome but only one problem. I can't talk to my friends like as if the mic doesn't work, now I have my JBL headset that is brand new and I also have a turtle beach headset as well which also works fine but even that I can't talk to my friends with. I use my other controller and I can talk to my friends with both of my headsets it doesn't make sense at all. Looks like I have to get ANOTHER controller that actually works this time. IF I could give zero stars I would, Thet The game controller doesn't work, it won't connect to the PS4, it's useless a paper weight. Itvwas poorly packed, a few crumble pieces of packing paper around it. Controller must have got damage during shipping.     • Headphone jack dosent work
Vary nice lookin controller, but the plug in for a headset dose not work in either of them. Headset works in other controllers but not in these new ones at all.
