Lives up to description, I'm 200lbs and it goes 38 no problem. Acceleration is great, super smooth ride, I have a Yume Y10 and a kugukurin. This is a mix of both, not quite as balls out as the yume but the ride is so much smoother like the k but the k isn't as quick

Scooter had battery issues, contacted the company, took a couple months but they resolved my battery issues. sent me a new one and now im back to riding again thankfully. after riding it for 1k miles there are going to be needed upgrades. i suggest getting ready to invest in new tires and upgraded brakes. overall its a great running scooter but for reliability you need to be prepared for anything. i recommend this scooter for people trying to get started with scooting but not relying on it for a main source of transportation. its difficult to get in contact with the company in a timely manner to get things replaced if anything fails. im still using the scooter and upgrading things as they fail such as i pointed out, tires were first to go, then brakes overhead and failed while commuting on a 90F day which is possible for anyone. the problem is integrating new parts on this scooter due to the connections being "chinesium" and not common to regular scooter electronics. also the wires on the inside of the scooter are very messy and have excess wiring lengths so they need to be zip tied excessively to have it be "neat". im glad i purchased this scooter as a learning lesson but im going a different direction in the future with a more common and advanced brand that has more access to replacement parts and better customer support. but it does rides fairly well and does the job. also its not water proof and i even suggest the company to add some kinda of silica packet within the casing to help in worth case scenario or add one yourself if you purchase. just make sure to seal it back up with a new gasket. ... show more

So far this scooter is fun and extremely fast. It handles pretty well on dirt roads but not great on rugged hiking trails. All in all it is good, just hope it lasts awhile.

Does not do the claimed 37 mph — GPS and radar show 27 mph while display says 37. Claimed 50-mile range is really ~31 miles in the manual, and with wrong speed readings, the range is likely even less. Charger gets very hot during use. App is useless, can’t fix issues, and support was no help. Misleading and disappointing. ... show more
