Pretty darn nice chair! Actually bought a second one to match. Looked around for several weeks for the right one and discovered this one. Why? Lays fully flat, has cupholders, has lots of storage in the armrests, has more storage pockets on the sides, has wide seat, and the heat is also on the butt, not just the lower back. It has zones for vibrate. Motors are quiet. Leg extension is long enough so your ankles don't dangle over. Basically this specific model is affordable, is leather, not Faux Leather, that's what the label says. It also included every option unlike other models which were basically either or. Highly recommend this specific model. Oh, it could use a power headrest, but I just stick a little pillow behind my head when watching TV and reclining, no big deal!

Honestly, this lift recliner is pretty nice for the price. The ensembly was quick. Chair is excellent, does all it claims, and is a real treat for my elderly mom. Very comfortable. Plenty of padding in the seat. Back support is strong and the height of the back is perfect. The chair has a nice balance of firmness to plushness, I do feel that with use it will get squishier, which is great. The electric recline is smooth and quiet. It is space saving not a giant recliner not lacking in comfort at all.

Like the chair in general. The massage is not intense enough. I feel something but not what I expected in a massage. I like the high back but, has no real support for your head. Need to use a pillow in order for my head to be supported properly when in the reclined position. Otherwise the quality is very good for the reasonable price.

I ordered another one for myself I’m 5 ft 2 and it sits fine for me the back cushion is nice and soft and keeps head in comfortable position, the whole chair is soft and comfy, the chair was delivered a couple days ago early which was great, the packing was great, was easy to assemble, great chair, love it.

My husband had a complete knee replacement. He said the chair is very comfortable. I gave it a 3 star because, the cord on the heat and massage remote is so short he has to lean over the armrest to work it. It doesn't matter if you put it on the right side or left side of the chair. It's still not long enough to sit back in the chair and use the controller. So, if you have back, shoulder, neck problems where it is hard for you to turn. I would probably re-think getting this chair.

Awesome! Chair helps my husband a lot in the process of getting up and down. He now is in a wheelchair from time to time so the lift chair has been very nice for him to be able to get in and out easier. Would buy again, Nice and wide has massage and heat but most of all when the footrest comes up it also extends out. So if you need it for someone who is tall it definitely does work well and definitely I recommend
