This is a great bike the assembly was actually very easy you just have to make sure that you tighten down all the screws and nuts and bolts. It's a very heavy bike however not bad to handle at all you are not going to put this on the back of your trunk with a bike rack you're going to need something more heavy duty. I was able to get this bike up to 41 miles an hour however It's a very comfortable ride at around 20 mph. The battery last a very long time. Very good quality well built. I've done quite a bit of research before I decided to buy this bike and I was actually going to go with a less powerful e-bike however I'm glad I went with this because even though I won't fully use this to the max power I know that it has the capability of going through dirt sand gravel and pavement with ease.

I originally ordered the blue and black version of this bike but received the gray and black one instead. Not the color I wanted, and that’s the main reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. But once I got past the mix‑up, I realized the bike itself is actually built really well — solid frame, good power, and overall great quality for the price. Now that I’ve had time to ride it, I wanted to update my review with something more helpful for anyone assembling one of these at home. Be very careful during assembly. I thought I had everything tightened down, but I didn’t get the handlebars quite as tight as they needed to be. I found out the hard way going down a hill — I hit the brakes and the front wheel started turning sideways on me. It was one of those “this is how it ends” moments. Luckily I didn’t crash, but it definitely woke me up. After that little scare, I went back over the entire bike and made sure every bolt was properly tightened. Once everything was secure, the bike rode great and felt stable and powerful. So here’s my advice: If you assemble it yourself, double‑check every bolt — especially the handlebars and front wheel. It only takes a few extra minutes and it can save you from a very scary situation. Color mix‑up aside, the bike has been solid, fun to ride, and surprisingly strong for the price.

I got my bike about a month ago and I have to say this is a very impressive bike. It was simple to put together out of the box. Really gets up and goes with the two motors so hang on! Very fun to ride and I wish I would have bought one years ago! I’m using mine for hunting so it’s a game changer. No more walking through fields, I just ride the bike straight to the stand! I highly recommend this bike to anyone. I have a buddy that has a very expensive one and this bike out performs it with no problem. Battery life is amazing. I have gone 20 miles and it just took a little battery bar off my screen. You have 5 bars when it’s fully charged. It does weight a little on the heavy side but it will not disappoint I promise! Oh and it’s really quite so for us hunters that’s everything!

Let me start by saying the look of the Bike is awesome. It has a solid look and feel to it that matches a particular personality. I am 6'1 and 215 lbs, and this bike is an extension of that stature. Living in Louisiana in the greater New Orleans area the highest hill we have is what we call the levee, which is what keeps the Mississippi River from over flowing out of its banks. The Power is great. The levee is about 30 Feet hight with about a 35 degrees angle to the top. Single motor is a no go to climb the levee. It stalls out about a quarter of the way up to the top. shift to dual motor mode and it's a cake walk in getting to the top. No strain at all. Hang on because it's pulling you up. The speed from this bike is unmatched with the group I ride with on the levee. It gets me up to 43mph with the throttle and with PAS. The accessories that come with the bike is nice. You get a Big Display, Phone holder with a built in charger, Front Light, Back Light that is also a brake light, Front and Back fenders, Horn, and a Rear Rack. The only thing that gave me pause is the Phone Holder for my iPhone 15 Pro Max appears to be exact. It pops out sometime. A smaller phone may not have that issue. That is not a deal breaker for me. The breaks, Gear Shifter, and battery location works perfect for me. Minimal hand movement to reach all the buttons and levers to operate everything. I got a chance to use the email provided in the manual for a Customer Service exchange. Due to a mix-up on the picture on Amazon advertising this bike. I was under the impression the light that is under the seat was missing only to find out they replaced it with the brake light that now comes with the bike. The response was fast. I emailed them about this issues and Cassie got back to me with a few hours. She explained they no longer provided that light and if I still wanted it she would get one out to me or give me a 10 dollar refund. I wanted the light. She stated they will be updating the picture on Amazon. After a month and a half of researching I could not be more happier with the investment of choosing this Bike. The Value and service you get for your money is unmatched. I have been telling everyone about this bike due to the attention I get when riding. Many people are asking where did I get it from. I point to the name on the Bike. .

Those might be 26 inch rims but the bike is more like 28 inches. Very sturdy and gets me around nicely. The startups and stop are a bit shaky because it is a taller bike and my legs don't reach but so far. I still worry if it qualifies as a e-bike here in Texas. But then the laws were written before this dual 1000w, each wheel, bike came along.

This bike is a good bike but about 3 months in, the battery life dwindled down to hardly anything, I charge it overnight as always. When I go to”product support”, there’s 5 options to choose from…… period… NONE of which addresses my problem. No help. None.1300 dollar product.

Received item earlier that the date posted. Noticed the side of the box was damaged and taped up. Removed item from box to make sure that item wasn't damaged as well. Started assembling. First step was to install the front wheel. Right off the bat missing two silver washers. Will update the review after assembled and tested Riding for 3 months now: Ok here it is. First off, I had definite issues with customer service. When I first contacted them with the parts missing. I was asked to take a picture of the parts. Um...hello?!? I was able to scrounge up the missing washer and the seat clamp in order to actually finish assembling and ride. My next issue was the top speed. I purchased this Ebike because it claimed that the top speed was 40- 45 mph. Im only 160 lbs and barely hit 37. Contacted customer service again and again eventually making a joke that I felt like I was talking to a shrink because every time I asked a question I got a question back as a response. Thought the speed issue might have been a faulty speedometer. Was sent a new one. Installed and turns out the mph is right. Beautiful bike, and with the two motors has good power. Just wish could get more speed out of it. Cost is slightly high but not over the top. Fat tires are nice going through dirt and snow, just make sure you fill them up properly or tight turns are not easy. Have yet to figure out just how far you can get on one charge. Ill add that info when I figure it out. All in all not totally unhappy with the bike.
