I live in Minnesota, so snow and ice are a constant challenge. This bike has been a fantastic deal, and I highly recommend the dual motor setup. With tire studs installed, I can ride over 30 mph on compacted snow and ice. The dual motors pull me straight through snowbanks without hesitation. Even if the rear tire slips on ice, the front motor engages and keeps me moving forward with confidence. Braking: The disc brakes are excellent. I can easily lock the rear tire if needed, and they slow the bike down quickly and smoothly. Performance: - I’ve ridden about 250+ miles so far. - On a full charge, I’ve gone 25–30 miles at full throttle with both motors engaged (minimal pedaling). - I’m near the top end of the recommended weight limit, yet the bike has never left me stranded with a dead battery. Seat & Comfort: The seat is comfortable for shorter rides and would be great for an average-weight rider. However, being at the higher end of the weight limit, I’ve noticed its limitations. After hitting a bump in the road, the seat rail bent — it still functions, but it’s clear the stock seat isn’t built for heavier riders or rough terrain. The cushioning is decent, but the rail strength is the weak point. If you’re a bigger rider or plan to ride aggressively, I’d recommend upgrading to a sturdier aftermarket seat with reinforced rails. That small change would make a huge difference in long-term comfort and durability. Areas for Improvement: - The display wasn’t set up correctly out of the box (wheel size defaulted to 29" instead of 24", and the battery was set to 48v instead of 52v). - The pedals are just okay—upgrading to higher-quality mountain bike pedals would be a plus. - As mentioned, the seat is fine for average riders, but heavier riders should plan to replace it sooner rather than later. Seller Experience: The seller has been excellent to work with. One of the bolts came loose in the box and I couldn’t find it at first. When I reached out, they immediately offered to send me a gift card to buy a replacement screw on Amazon. Later, I found the missing screw while throwing away the box, but I really appreciated their willingness to help. They also provided me with a handlebar riser free of charge, which was a nice bonus. Throughout the process, they’ve been responsive, respectful, and helpful, which gave me confidence in the purchase. ✅ Bottom Line This bike is powerful, reliable, and handles winter conditions impressively well. The dual motor is worth every penny if you’re riding in snow or ice. With a sturdier seat and upgraded pedals, it would be nearly perfect. Combined with the seller’s excellent customer service, I’m very satisfied and confident recommending it.

I’m very happy with this E-bike. More powerful than I expected. No hill is a challenge. Had to adjust wheel base in display settings to little higher than actual wheel size to match speedometer on my GPS so now it shows correct speed. Also had to contact Zuttex to find out how many speed magnets are on this bike as it doesn’t specify in the manual and the answer is 12 magnets. Definitely wise to order mirrors as it rides like a motorcycle and at those speeds it’s safer than turning around. Beats any moped. It provides comfortable quiet ride. Excellent customer service. Bike was delivered six days early and was safely packed. I lost my rear light under the seat and tried to find out where to buy it. Zuttex replaced it free of charge.
