Gotta say the bike is just as described on the product pg. ( 35 MPH ). The customer service is what really puts the company over the top for me. I lost the light bolt screw that keeps the light and fender together and contacted the rep. who responded twice and was able to ship the bolt the following day. I love this bike, it was easy to put together, it's very well built. I have a lot of hills around and it climbs them with ease. Has great power to get up and go. Comes with a phone holder, which is a plus. Love that it has a brake light, with blinkers. The bike features bold and bright color that catch the eye. I got the blue bike for my wife she loves it. You can ride it on pavement, or dirt it handles great. It goes pretty fast up to around 38mph and the battery life is good. I would highly recommend this E bike.

I was pretty shocked to receive the same bike that was in the advertisement and it handles it like a champ some things to improve though seat sucks and the handlebars definitely need to get an extension but other than that it's a pretty kick ass bike

Well built machine, but Customer Support does not exist tailight quit working . I’ve tried all the phone numbers. And email with dead ends. Every phone call or email presents a Pay per question web site with no guarantees I like the bike but would not purchase again. I will update my review if possible. ... show more
