Gotta say the bike is just as described on the product pg. ( 35 MPH ). The customer service is what really puts the company over the top for me. I lost the light bolt screw that keeps the light and fender together and contacted the rep. who responded twice and was able to ship the bolt the following day. Well built machine, but Customer Support does not exist tailight quit working . I’ve tried all the phone numbers. And email with dead ends. Every phone call or email presents a Pay per question web site with no guarantees I like the bike but would not purchase again. I will update my review if possible. ... show more
