    • The Tool I Wish I Had My Whole Life!!!
I wish I had this tool my whole life because I could of used it so many time for a bunch of different things. Right now i am using it when i am creating a custom pc which helps a lot for places i cant see, I used it for clogged pipes in my kitchen and bathroom, and i used it for looking in my walls for wires and other stuff. I love it. its the first one i ever owned and i have no complaints at all. I can not compare it to other ones because like I said its the only one i ever owned and used. the picture and video quality is amazing and its super easy to use. I definitely recommend this to anyone that will ever have to look in places where your head can not fit. Its a cool little device and i am glad i have one now. ... show more

Listing states this endoscope has a 1080p video resolution (see 1st photo). However, the picture shows it displaying at 720p (see 2nd photo). I'm not speaking of still capture, rather video. The endoscope works fine. You can get focused images with the camera on a subject just less than 2 inches away. The sideview camera works just the same. Having a sideview camera can be very important when viewing subjects in confined spaces where bending the camera lead is not possible. Controlls are not too difficult to figure out without the instructions. I do like the manual old-school on/off switch on the side. The camera has a usbc connection with a dimple and a latch on the screen housing to secure it to the display module. I can definately see a good reason for having that so it doesn't come off while wrenching the cable around. That is one stiff cable by the way. It won't bend out of shape too easily when poking around in tight spots. The screen is bright. Framerate is a little sluggish but tollerable. Switching from front to side camera just takes a long-press on the far right button. Three light intensity levels are adequate- nothing to write home about. Auto-exposure seems ok but it doesn't like a lot of light. Dark subjects definately need the built-in lighting to get a clear snow-free image. In other words, the cameras like a sweetspot of light intensity to work at their optimal clarity. Auto-focus is ok. I noticed edge focus is not good when the camera is held close to a subject. That is to be expected on an endoscope for less than $100. Lastly, having a microsd card slot is great. It also has a microUSB slot for charging and file transfers directly to a computer. Why the manufacturer didn't use a USBC port is beyond me as everything is using that now. Beside my personal disappointment in these sellers constantly misrepresenting their product, it is a nice endoscope. I can't fault it past one star for that. A word to the seller: fix your listing description to clearly state video is 720p, not 1080p as you currently have it. Both the description AND photos need to match. Yours currently does not. Besides, your description is seen and read by some who do not use visuals for determining product eligibility. They will undoubtedly be mislead. ... show more

This feels and works like a much more expensive unit. I have to run wire and cables through walls on a regular basis. Of course there are places where you have to feed around plumbing, HVAC, or other obstructions. This makes running wires so much easier. The cam is super easy to set up and use. I had it switched on and working within a minute of unpacking it. The picture quality is pretty good - definitely good enough to see what is going on inside of a wall, but don’t expect a high definition image. For the price, this thing is absolutely awesome and makes my work so much easier. It’s earned a place in my toolbox and I would definitely recommend this to other tradespeople. ... show more

    • Useful all in one tool, fun to use
This comes with everything you need to view drains, gutters, small places and we even used it down our dryer vent to find where the lint was building up the most. Unlike some of the other ones that are just the camera and cable and you need your phone, this comes with a device and so it's all in one. Do not throw away the instructions! Every button has multiple functions and you'll want to be able to learn them when using it. We accidentally ran a plastic spoon through the garbage disposal and used this endoscope to find this little piece of blue plastic that wasn't going down the drain and was stuck on the side. *Warning* you will be grossed out looking in your sink stains and motivated to get those garbage disposal cleaners. The functions on this device are numerous. You can change brightness, cameras, record video or picture, it's a handy thing to have available. The price is very good for what you're getting.
