I purchased this coffee maker for our Church Organization and we have been using and enjoying the machine for 6 months. It made great coffee and much faster than our previous machine. Unfortunately, it stopped functioning properly and stopped working. However, what impressed me most was the fast, friendly and concerned service we received from customer service. They wound up sending us a new machine. For this reason alone, we will only use this company for future needs!

We had a problem, we were working, and while we were waiting for the coffee to brew, it popped and there was a flash of light, on the side that we were NOT using at the time. So now we can only brew one pot at a time. The warmer still works on that side, it will not brew anything. We have sent messages to the company, several times, but have heard NOTHING.

Bought this for my restaurant. I brew about 8-10 pots every morning and this machine has worked well. It’s fast and each brew takes about 7-8 minutes, better than some others I tried. The stainless steel looks great too. Overall a great product and will buy again

We've had since January, it is now August, we brew 1 pot a day for our office, now a full pot of water brews half a pot and throws a ton of steam. Not sure what happened but we won't be ordering again.
