Legit 5 star *FOR ITS PRICE*. Great receiver based on price, features and performance. If you want a discount Android Auto/Carplay capable stereo with really good touchscreen performance, quick bootup and physical buttons then this is a great choice. You really need to hookup a backup cam and your phone for Android Auto/Carplay for this unit to shine but that's why I wanted an aftermarket radio anyway. I'm not an audiophile and don't care about cutting up my car to drop in subs, external amps, component speakers, etc. but the sound is great for me. DSP settings make this unit sound much better than my factory radio while still using factory speakers. Pros: price, shallow/compact build, physical volume/mute/power/home buttons, SWC compatible, Carplay/AndroidAuto, very responsive touchscreen, decent screen resolution, no cartoonish icons Cons: drab wallpaper/background (non-customizable), off-brand manufacturer, only a month since install so no real record for durability/build quality ... show more

  • Better than I expected
Dual products used to be trash. I was looking for an apple car play compatible double din for my brothers car. For the price this thing is incredible. The wiring is very straight forward and came pre stripped and pre labeled. It worked very well, the touch screen has very little lag. I am impressed. Only thing i would be concerned about is longevity/durability of the product. ... show more

  • Fantastic
For the price, this stereo is amazing! Over the years I've had quite a few high end stereos, this is a great bargain. It works as advertised, the touch screen is responsive, android auto works fantastic. Does it have a ton of adjustments? No, but it does what you need it to. Couldn't be happier.

  • Ok for a budget head unit
Just installed in my daily beater to replace factory stereo. Definitely an upgrade over stock, but if I were installing something in my nicer vehicle, I'd go with something else. Pro's: Easy to install, compact design. Has BT, Carplay and android auto Decent touchscreen with good set of features, not a lot but just what you "need". Con's: USB cable is built in to unit, IE; not replaceable Remote is very Cheaply made, not sure how long it will last, but I'll probably loose it anyway. When using maps on screen, it is very hard to see, has no contrast. You can barely see the streets unless they are highlighted blue on your route. If, like me, you just want an upgrade from a stock radio from the early 2000's that at least allows you to connect your phone, then this unit is OK for under $200. I would have been disappointed had I installed this in my truck that has an amp, sub and better speakers. ... show more

  • Great for the money!
I have this in my car and a $600 Pioneer in my truck. I prefer this over my Pioneer and I can say the only thing better about the Pioneer is it’s screen. I knew this before purchasing. CarPlay works great and unlike the Pioneer, I can quickly adjust the screen darkness. With the Pioneer, I cannot adjust the darkness in carplay mode. Also, I can actually set the Day and Time on this unit. Pioneer has many things to rant on. This unit, with its hollow back keeps my wires from bending upon installation. ... show more

  • First Car Stereo I Have Ever Installed
Installed in 2006 F150 after factory stereo went bonkers and was killing my battery. This unit is easy to install with adapters from a different company. Soldering skills help but you can use butt connectors as well. Dual supplies two wiring harnesses. The wiring harness with the RCA adapters won't be needed unless you have a vehicle with an amplifier or additional factory video equipment. ... show more
