My kid is a die hard TYR fan. Wife and I, not so much. We found the quality of their jammers have gone down a bit. Materials seemed to be thinnier than before. The kid;s jammer lasted 6 months now, instead of 10 to almost 11 months. Also the goggles strap seems to be not as durable. The new goggle strap snapped while he was racing in a meet a few weeks ago. I really wanted to like these swim goggles! I needed some polarized ones for swimming in outdoor pool. Polarization on these worked great. However, With the shape of my eyes, they felt like they were cutting into my face and left me with rings around my eyes! Secondly, to adjust these was a nightmare. I was in the pool for an hour and spent at least 15 minutes trying to adjust these. It is one long strap, and you have to tighten up the lower side of the strap and the bridge piece wouldn't come out so I could adjust that. These were not a good fit for ME. I chose them because I like TYR products, but, these were a pain on my face. ... show more

These are the best goggles I ever bought. Was kinda concerned from buying it since I was looking at the reviews but after using it for almost 3 months now, I can say that these are my favorites! Love the feeling and I love how it makes everything seem more bright and ‘saturated’. Got these when I joined my HS's swim team. They work great for practice and meets. Good clearity and doesnt pop off on my starts. However first day i got them i tighted them and the elastic broke. Just the end making it shorter. And i was possibly pulling too tight but i dont know

My son is 8 and loves these goggles for competition swim. The only down side is if you have to switch the nose piece out it’s a nightmare. My husband gave us and I read the instructions which make it seem super easy and it took me 35 mins!
