My girlfriend got me this bike as a gift, and it may be the best gift I have ever received, right up there along with a trip to Disneyland or a flagship GPU for my computer, it's that awesome. I even let my buddy ride it, who recently got a real motorcycle, I expected him to turn his nose up at it and after taking it for a spin change the conversation to how I need to get a "real bike", but surprisingly, he thought it was fantastic, and instead asked "how much did you pay for that thing again!?" with a look of wonder on his face. The one thing I would say is that the battery goes down quite quickly when going uphill, in my area we have lots of hills, and I am afraid of running out of juice, but I haven't really pushed it to its limits yet in that regard so it may end up surprising me. Oh yeah, and putting the thing together can be a bit of a challenge, especially mounting the headlight. Insane amount of power though, very solid tank-like build quality, and even though it's heavy, you can still ride it like a real bike. My last e-bike had pedals, but they seemed mostly for show, while this bad boy feels like you are really riding a bike, just with a bit of assistance that is quite variable depending on the level you put it at. Level 1 PAS is very helpful for flat ground but still gives you some small challenge, especially on higher gears, but from PAS 2+ it just zoom zoom zooms higher and higher. Don't second guess, just get it, youll love it, if you like to go fast on an awesome looking ride that won't fall apart on you. ... show more

    • Dangerous brakes
It is hilly where we are. The brakes could never make a tire skid, even when new. As they started to wear, they stopped working altogether. I have tuned mountain bikes most of my life. The brakes are cheap and dangerous. I did get TT-Ebike to respond. They offered a couple of bucks but not enough to replace the brakes. There are kits out there that would have fit for like $300. My 4350 came with a front hub that made a scratching sound. It worked but I worried about the longevity of the motor. Again, TT-Ebike would not try to make this right. I tested the batteries, they are not near 28ah. We estimate they are around 14ah. And the controller is not able to put out 4350w. None of that is true in the listing. The good: I was allowed to return the bike for full refund, for which I am grateful. The design is good, I turned around and bought the same design from another (larger) seller. That one has huge brakes. This bike has a much better display/controller and I was able to change to awd in two clicks. The new bike requires a bunch of long holds and cannot be done easily on the fly the way this 4350 could. ... show more

Great bike although with 4350 watts I feel like it should go faster than 37 mph and it does not go 40 mph as advertised. Other than that I can’t complain. It’s quick to hit top speed. Soon as I find a controller that will unleash the beast I know it will slay all that cross its path. Heavy AF. Like 75 pounds heavy! Good solid construction. I’ve gone 23 miles on a single charge on full throttle the whole time and the battery was still 1/4 full when I got home. Do yourself a favor and learn the preprogrammed functions menu! You can totally customize your ride, lower, function options, and battery length! ... show more

I’ve had my tt e-bike for almost a year. I’ve got almost 1000 miles on my bike. Last week it wouldn’t turn on. I emailed the service department and they immediately sent out a new screen and wire harness. Put them on, and the bike is like brand new again. Thank you so much to tt e-bike for helping me get my bike back on the road. I’d give 10 stars for this bike if I could ... show more
