Initial impressions on F6PRO, subject to change as this is an early review(one week using). I'll just start with the TLDR; The bike is amazing, battery is good it looks good, is stable and fast(very fast if you want it to be.) Assembly was very easy to understand and get through via the company's website. The included paper manual that's included with the packaging is pretty bad and difficult to understand, but this can be ignored. In the first few days of riding there was a very loud squeaking noise from the spring under the seat and there was a chip in the rear fender when unboxed(probably happened during shipping). Their customer service is very prompt and understanding about everything. They offered and sent me replacements to both items, and i am expecting to receive them soon. They also offered to walk me through the removal and installation of both. Overall very happy with everything i this aspect. The battery lasts me about 3 days before i have to recharge, i just use it to go to and from work, which is about 5 - 6 miles each way and run small errands sometimes. More than enough for day to day if you have to travel further distances. The bike comes locked to 20MPH on Pedal assist mode #5, however you can unlock this. You simply have to reach out to them for the walk through/tutorial video. After unlocking, through my testing, the bike actually goes faster than 50MPH. It's actually closer to 60MPH though your results may vary. The roads where i live are very bumpy, so a bike like this for me seems like the perfect fit. It handles them well and very easily. very comfortable for me . Overall i am very happy with this purchase. I did it as an investment with the rising gas prices and to beat the after work traffic. I've already recommended this to a few friends on mine!

It is a really good bike for what it is and the price, not gonna lie and say there wasn't some initial issues, but they weren't anything major that stopped me from riding, biggest issue I had was with the front brake, the mounting for the hydraulic brake system sits just slightly off, and because it's a welded mount section, they'd squeal while riding, tried multiple things to stop it, but ended up just removing the front one for now. Also after unlocking it's speed it goes pretty fast and is a pretty smooth ride. It also seems to have pretty good range for riding around town. Also for context, I'm 6'1", weighing about 150ibs, and it's a decently comfortable ride. The accessories are pretty good, the phone mount is actually pretty solid. Also had to fill the tires more when I got it, but that wasn't really a issue. The light is actually bright. The assembly wasn't too difficult, used the box on the ground and turned the bike upside down to install the front tire, the rest was pretty simple.

We purchased 2 bikes one came in with factory defect. The front forks bent & welded making wheel and handlebar going 2 different directions. Totally unusable! I wanted to send back for refund they sent label for me to pay shipping $300.00. If they are going to play this game I feel everyone should be aware. To their credit they did offer to send replacement forks but I don’t feel like fabricating this bike. I just want my refund

I have had this bike for 10 days & am really happy with it. The set up was easy & fast. The size, speed & quality are what I was looking for. The screen & buttons are easy to navigate. The add on purchase of the basket makes hauling groceries very easy. I reached out to the service team for help with my wheel resting on one side of the brake pads. They responded very quickly with a video guiding me through an adjustment step by step. I only needed to adjust two screws & it took me about 3 minutes to fix. The customer service was prompt, informative & considerate. I’m glad I know firsthand that all the reviews praising the customer service of DTTZH are true. That was the deciding factor in me choosing this bike over others & I would do it again.

The bike was perfect for my 14 year old daughter. Putting together the bike was easy with the tools and video provided. Also, the bike did hold at 20 mph on the first ride. Contact DTTZH costumer support to raise the speed to 33 mph. They will provide you a video on how to unlock for full speed. I got the rack as well. It is nice, big, well made and is mounted strong to the bike. All the little extras like the phone holder, pump, bike lock and bag are all a nice bonus. The bag fits very nicely to the bike. After we charged the battery, my daughter took it for a long first ride. She was very happy with the speed and handling of the bike. Would definitely recommend this bike for teens. Just a nice bike with everything you need.

So far I have put about 350 miles on this bike, and couldn’t be more satisfied. The ride quality is excellent, and the battery range has never left me stranded. The headlight provides enough visibility to comfortably ride in the dead of night through the countryside. The suspension is good enough that I took it over a few dirt tracks. The silver finish looks significantly better in person.
