I absolutely love my printer and oven!!! The shipping was horrible at no fault to the company... DHL held my package for almost a week and after many phones calls and much frustration we ended up having to go to their facility to pick it up. I paid for faster shipping too so that was a bummer. The set up was pretty smooth and the customer service was great with the assistance that I did need. Frank gets right back to you as soon as it's an appropriate time in his time zone and via Skype the engineers are very patient and helpful. It took a few prints for the white to come out properly but after it runs through it prints flawlessly. Definitely a better experience than converting an Epson myself and I would definitely purchase another through them!!! Update: I had an issue and customer service was awesome! Frank is amazing. I am so happy I chose this company. 2nd UPDATE: (March 2023) Had an issue with my printer and P-Jerry was so patient and kind in helping me find and fix the issue. Lina was swift in helping me receive a needed part. Frank as always was swift to get his team to assist me. They guided me with photos and videos and they worked like a charm! I was able to change the paper roller, the print head (it clogged) and a ribbon I accidentally clipped which they sent to me immediately and I received it in a few days. I am amazed with myself that I actually was able to do it! The videos were spot on and although the task was difficult at times I was able to work through it. P-Jerry was even able to help me correct my printer settings to help my images print properly. I couldn't imagine having chosen a different company. The stars definitely aligned and led me to make the best choice!!!! Once I am ready I will definitely be purchasing another printer from them in the future. ... show more

NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER. If I could give this 0 stars I would. We received the printer, and waited to install due to us going to the printing expo in Vegas a week later. So I didn’t want to install and then have to prime when I got back so we just waited. When we got back, I tried to install, step by step instructions sent with the printer on paper and on a drive. Printer would not print. I contact customer service, they try to remotely help, they could not get it to work either. Going back and forth on what’s app because the time zone is different cause they are in CHINA. Then the representative says we can send it to California, they will pay for the label and they have a tech team there that can fix it. We send it out next day and they receive 3 days later. Waited a week, they contact me and say it had a printing error, and the problem is fixed and they send me the tracking number. Come a few weeks later, I finally try to reinstall. I open the crate it was shipped back in, there is ink EVERYWHERE. I mean EVERYWHERE. When I sent it to them, we were instructed to take the ink out, so I did so and flushed all the lines. I contact customer service took pictures and let them know I would not like to touch us as the ink is not just in the ink tanks but all over the printer. They then blamed me, and said it was my problem the ink is there from the first shipment. Don’t you think if the ink was there from the first shipment they would contact me, or at least note in and send a letter back. No. Nothing This ink was from them not emptying the ink before they shipped it back to me because it was wrapped up on the bubble wrap they sent back, and got through the crate as well. All this in the pictures below. So I contact again, and they tell me the best they can do is give me $500 back, with a broken printer. That I am outside the “return period”. Instead of making things right and taking back this printer they clearly sent me defective the first time. Not up to today, I finally got the printer all cleaned, where no ink is inside going to get on the paper anymore. I contact the seller, yet again and the printer is not working. Now I’m $3500+ out and sitting here with a broken printer. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and sent a BROKEN PRINTER. ... show more

Absolutely love this printer. We bought this printer to get our T-Shirt Business up and running and it has been working wonderfully. We've had a few hiccups here and there, but nothing that going through the instructions that came with it or communicating with their online support hasn't been able to be resolved. The prints are vibrant, although it did take adjusting to because we had to remember that colors had to be configured with CMYK percentages and not with whatever color codes our laptop ran. Also if you're going to get this I would recommend keeping in mind the location where they are based, so if you need online support, their day is our night, but even still they have been a wonderful help to us and we are so glad to have made this purchase. We would also recommend this brand to anyone else who wanted to purchase a DTF Printer. ... show more
