Ink system is not working
The media could not be loaded. Products should work right out of box. I shouldn't have to buy more parts. I've reset the ink waste basket, nothing. It does look like there's an issue with the wrong ink being used from them as in the original cartridges that they put in this converted printer. Meaning you can't even reset the chips because they don't exist. Also I ordered a R1390 they sent a L1800 and yes they are different. The printer does not work and it does look like there is a piece in there that is broken. Not easy to set it up and gets paper jams because of the broken part. Now because the wrong ink cartridges were put in, it would not give you the ink quality. You're looking for. With this type of DTF printer you won't get the ink and print quality you're looking for. If they want to send me the correct one for free, I am a DTF print shop then I could give you a real review. Unfortunately, this cost me good ink that I have to now take out and expose to humidity and air. So thats $100 ink I plus 1k in orders i had to cancel.

Good while it lasted
Updated review: Have to change my review. After 5 months the machine gave me issues, I tried contacting the manufacturer and no answer. I'll be looking to purchase another brand printer for my business. The product is good for the price. Make sure to follow all the directions and refer to the video on that shows here on Amazon for better setup. Still waiting on the ink and other promised supplies. I had some extra from my former converted dtf printer. Quality is great!
