Fired this thing up and it worked perfect! … very well built. It gave out sheets and even consistent cure. The only issue i had was that i did not receive the keys for the locks. Someone else posted about that as well. And the instructions did not come with it which isnt a big deal, its pretty self explanatory… but I wanted to change the pid from C to F and after pressing and holding buttons i was affraid of changing the programming so I left it alone. But wish the pid instructions were there…. Aside from that, its now a game changer for our transfers. Looks and operates as jt should!

We've now used this DTF dryer every single day for more than a year. We've dried thousands of DTF sheets with it. Maybe even 10k+ sheets. The perfect settings are 128c for about 60 seconds, although we run ours for 120 seconds because that's about how long it takes our printer to printer another full size 24"x16" so I print and powder a second sheet just about exactly at 120 seconds to replace the one in the dryer. You only want to open it to do any cleaning. If you're opening the lid to replace the sheet, you're using it wrong. The tray is the only thing that you should slide in and out to make sure the dryer stays a contstant heat inside. Use high temp brake caliper grease on the bottom of the tray to keep it sliding nicely. I've bought a second one of these DTF dryers now that's still in the box on the shelf in the event that this one ever stops working because it's become such an integral part of our daily DTF process.

I’ve had the POVOKICI DTF Oven Dryer (18" x 24") for just over a year, and it has officially quit on me. The first three months were fine, although the slider was always hard to open and close, especially once the unit warmed up. Annoying, but manageable at the time. After a few months of regular use, I started noticing uneven heating—one side of the oven would get much hotter than the other. I had to rotate my sheets constantly just to get anything close to an even cure, which defeats the purpose of using a dedicated DTF oven. Then out of nowhere, the entire unit just stopped working. It powers on, warms up to operating temperature, and immediately shuts off. Now it won’t turn back on at all. No troubleshooting has helped. For the price, this product should last far longer and perform far better. Save your money and look for a more reliable DTF oven—this one simply isn’t worth it.

It worked good at first but not even a year in and the the bulb looks like it needs to be replaced and it is burning my films that I put in it . For the price I feel like it should at least last a year.

Heats up quickly. I did receive the keys with mine. The drawer is constantly sticking. I have no idea what's snagging it up, but it's like it gets super glued in there sometimes. Kind of dangerous when I've got film in the oven and I need to get it out. Very difficult to get it to cure prints consistently. One day I'm curing at 135 for 300 seconds. The next, 135 for 500 seconds leaves me with uncured areas of the print. I'm constantly changing my curing times and temperatures. Getting prints that are burnt in some areas, and not cured at all in others.

The tray sticks so I just open from the top but today when I used it and opened it there is some kind or yellow grease/oil stuff on the inside where the be screw thing is. I already wiped it out or I’d send better pics. You see the black area where my finger is pointing….the grease was all up and down through there. For as much as this thing cost, I shouldn’t have these issues. It’s less than 2 months old.

This has been a major life saver for me, I got tired of dealing with the frustration of trying to cure DTF prints on the heat press. With the edges curling up and sticking to the bottom of the heat press causing me have to cool it down and clean it before I can try again and then press the shirt. Now since having this oven I don't worry about messing up prints, long curing times or even uneven curing. If your Making DTF Items this is a must have, it will save you so much time and frustration, more that worth the price.
