I bought this radio to replace an older stereo with no bluetooth in a beater car. This is not the first radio that I've purchased or installed in my life. I put a JVC KW-M865BW in a different car about two years ago. Compared to my JVC, the android auto connection was more stable with this radio. If I didn't use the idatalink on my JVC, I might even consider replacing that with one one of these instead. I've had it for roughly two weeks now and it has yet to disconnect once connected with my phone and the sound quality is decent with many eq options. One little drawback is the internal microphone, but you can only expect so much out of those. Luckily, this radio has the option of adding an external microphone with solved the largest issue I had with it. Backup camera works as expected and the images are clear. The screen also gets dim enough to not bother me at night with an option to turn it off entirely. During the day, it can be hard to see darker images when in direct sunlight, but that's as expected and has yet to be a problem. The looks and functionality of this radio definitely exceeded my expectations. Installation was as easy as could be expected with an aftermarket radio. They're all pretty much the same and it depends more on your car than anything. Buying an aftermarket stereo harness for your vehicle for like 20 bucks is always worth it. It makes connecting the wires significantly easier since you don't have to do it inside the dash, giving you a lot more space to work. It also makes it easy to change back to the stock stereo if you ever have a reason for it. After wiring the harness up, the only thing I had left to do was install the backup camera. In my case, running that wire was probably the most difficult part, but that would have been the case for any stereo and I always could have went without it. I did contact their customer service people, not because I had issues, but because I had some questions about the stereo. They were quick to respond over Facebook Messenger, taking less than a day to get back to me and were quite helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Overall, this radio was absolutely worth the money that I spent on it. Great connectivity, a fair amount of customization, functions amazing, good customer service... and all at a great price. There's not much you can complain about and I'm admittedly quite particular. I wouldn't say it's a radio for an audiophile, but I highly doubt anyone else could possibly be disappointed after purchasing this.

If I could rate this product a 0 I would I paid 200$ to get this crap installed just for the screen to go out every few seconds and the music to go in and out every few seconds I went back to the place to see if wires were lose they told me that it was The radio not the wires and that it was available cheap radio that I should look into a new one let me just say what a waste of money and time don’t buy this unless you don’t mind it glitching every 5 sec sometimes the screen don’t even come on at all to bad it’s already installed and I don’t feel like going thru the trouble of uninstalling it until I find a better one I would definitely send it back and get a refund

Installed in 2005 Toyota Camry. Took us forever to get around to installing it, but it's such a significant upgrade from the stock stereo. Love all the options—radio, Bluetooth, screen mirror, Android Auto, or Carplay, plus the backup cam. Only downside is that the wiring harness I found (sold separately) didn't have anywhere to connect the Key 1/Key 2 wires on the stereo harness so it could function with the steering wheel controls. That's not an issue with the stereo, though. The instruction manual could be a lot better, but we figured it out. The radio setup isn't very intuitive. It only seems to have a scan capability if it scans the entire spectrum at once and sets all the possible stations in the presets. Haven't really messed with it since, because we really only need Android Auto anyway.

Just installed works!!! Audio takes some playing with to get the right type of sound you want it has a lot of settings for audio. Wireless CarPlay connected flawlessly. Sleek clean look. Time will tell. But starting I’m happy.

No existe un manual de uso y de ajustes, el que dan con el equipo es insuficiente por completo, tampoco hay ayuda en la web ni en la página del distribuidor y mucho menos en Amazon, en mi pantalla ahora solo se muestran la pantalla de Waze y no la puedo quitar, bastante malo el servicio post- venta

Buy the Metra 95-5026 install dash frame/stabilizer and the conversion Ford wiring plug Metra 70-1771. You do have to some customizing on the framing kit and the dash with a Multi tool to get it to fit properly. Take your time. Be Prepared if everything turns on when completed but there is Zero sound, it its your Ground and the unit has no ground screw on it, so I used one of the holes in the unit and tapped a screw with a wire in there to a ground on the car. Was almost ready to send this unit back!
