Great sounding speakers, I didn't hookup the lights. I installed them in my stock tj sound bar with some modifications. 1 in spacer and had to make the hole in sound bar a tad bit bigger. I also stuffed sound bar with cotton. Definitely a great purchase.

They sound great. And the speakers look like and feel like good quality. Three things that need work. 1. Better mounting screws. After only one week on the water they have started to rust. 2. The LED’S could be better. When I ordered them I did not notice that the LED’s where mounted in front of the cone which looks a little cheap in my opinion. They would look much better behind the cone like other manufacturers. (After all these are not cheap speakers) 3. The LED wire harness is way to short. They are useless. But over all I seem to be happy with them. What I really care about is how they sound. They will not disappoint as long as you use the correct amp size to push them. The media could not be loaded. I have used a variety of other speakers in my life but none of them compare to how well these speakers function and sound. I you can be heard crystal clear for far away and it still sounds amazing whether your volume is all the way up or very low. Best quality speakers I’ve ever owned ... show more

These are some of my favorite speakers. I have had these and the 8s for some time. They are very loud and clear. Be aware that they are not going to last longer than about 2 seasons because they are not very uv resistant. I have only had to replace 1 set so far but the low price makes it ok

I have these in the lids of my motorcycle bags and they sound very good. They play loud and have pretty good bass. The best part is the marine rating. They've been rained on many times and still play perfectly. Great speaker for such a small amount of money .
