Light weight and easy to put together. This works exactly as advertised. My elderly parent can get it into and out of the car with ease. The wheels roll well and the feet holds work easily. Occasionally they pop off but it’s easy to set them back on quickly.

    • Decently designed chair light and easy to use.

The chair is lightweight and very easy to move around. It comes fully assembled except for the feet rests, which just slide right onto a few small pins. Overall, a decent wheelchair. I only have 2 issues with it: 1. The leg rests can be locked in place in the front of the chair or, they can be unlocked and swung off to the side. The problem is, there is no way to latch them to the side, so they swing freely. I would have liked a latch to hold them in place on the side of the chair. 2. Minor issue, but I would have liked a pouch or something on the back of the chair to hold things in. But that may just be my own issue, not paying close enough attention to the posted info on the chair. ... show more

Love it, it is a little small should order a 19" but it will be great for my doctors visit. It's moves very smoothly over carpet or hardwood floors.

This wheelchair was purchased for a family member with limited mobility who can get around with a walker but not long distances. It was fairly easy to put together once removing plastic ties that protect the product during shipping. It is also easy to fold up. At 19 lbs, it is lightweight for a sturdy wheelchair. Keep in mind that this chair is not for the patient to wheel him or herself, but to allow for transport by a caregiver. It has not yet been used outside of assembly but believe it will be useful for outside ventures in the future. It comes with locking brakes and a seatbelt, as well as leg/foot support. Insurance got my partner another wheelchair but it was so bulking and difficult to unfold, we got this wheelchair. It’s much lighter in weight and super easy to unfold. We have hatchback type cars that this wheelchair fits easily into. I’m sure it would fit in a standard trunk. It’s comfortable for the person in the chair and so easy to use for people with mobility issues. It’s made to be pushed so the rider cannot propel it him/ herself. ... show more

I had been using an old school but plain folding wheelchair for my 5' 2", 150 lb mom, used just for outings as she hasn't the strength to walk very far with her walker. I bought this lightweight version many months ago, and am still sending happy, grateful thoughts up to the designers when I use it. It now lives in the back of the RAV-4, held by some bungie cords so it's ready whenever. I'm grateful for the much reduced weight when lifting in and out of the car, the easy fold, and how compact it is, leaving plenty of space in the back of the car, grateful for the back wheel brakes - how brilliant is that!. The way the back folds down helps with the compactness. I would make one suggestion to the designers and 2 caveats to prospective buyers. To the designers, I would make the foot platforms fold down closer to each other. My mom's feet slip out too easily. To prospective buyers: my mom JUST fits in this one. It is very narrow. I believe there is one larger size. However, its profile allows much easier maneuverability, through doors, and down store isles which is a result of the narrow seat AND the placement and relative size of the wheels. The other disadvantage is that the chair's wheel size and weight do not make it ideal for covering very rough surfaces - bumpy concrete or earth/yards. The traditional design gets her over bumps and door thresholds easier and with more comfort for her. But it is a great improvement overall. ... show more
