Myself and friends went in on this for a friend of ours struggling with mobility while waiting on a couple surgeries. She’s been given some freedoms back with the use of it. It is holding up well, easy to maneuver, and strolls smoothly. It’s easy to lift seat and compact chair or push down on seat near handles to secure the chair before friend sits in it. The hand grips for someone to push it make my hands hurt some if used for really long lengths of time. Friend is not able to lift, load, unload chair on her own. She only uses it when someone can travel with her to help load/unload it because she’s a fall risk when standing without supports. It fits well in her backseat or my trunk. If someone has back troubles the weight of lifting it may be troublesome. The arms lift up if she wants to use it for dining table or at a desk. The leg pieces my son and I struggled with to put on. They both eventually fell off, but friend didnt mind because she wasn’t using them anyway-not able to lift her legs to rest on them. Friend does a good job steering the wheels on her own also when on flat surfaces (cement, tile, etc.) She hasn’t tried over carpet yet. Hope this helps. We’d purchase this again for the price.

I’ve been using this for 7 months- has an abrupt injury and require wheelchair. Use it for doctors appointments, for a trip to Florida, it handles well on cement, carpet, wood floors. This purchase saved my life, and did not break the bank. Easy to fold, lightweight for my husband to lift into car , fits in car great, stirrups come on a n d off. I have a cushion for the chair due to my back injury but you don’t need one. Perfect height as I am 5’8 and 165lbs

Perfect, Good Quality wheelchair. I did not know what to expect as this was a fast, last minute purchase. The chair is comfortable and smooth riding. It's also sturdy and solid. The lifts will hold your legs up just fine as well (I'm not petite). It arrived already put together and folded which was great as I would not have been able to handle it otherwise. I'm glad I was able to get this and at a decent price also!

Well made Chair

I have been using a wheelchair for about 2 years, though only for use outside of my home. Several of our family members are employed by theme parks in central Florida, so we often take advantage of the free admission perks. I usually just opt for the wheelchairs provided by the parks. However, on a recent visit it required extra effort to find one that even had tread on the tires and straight foot rests. After considerable research and review perusing, I settled on this model. We had a scheduled park trip the day after my chair arrived. It comes fully assembled, except for the foot rests which just snap into place. It is roomy and comfortable and extremely well made. The chair performed great, my daughter says it is much easier to push than the borrowed ones. It is a little awkward to load, because it is not lightweight. We have ramps we will take on our next trip to just roll it into the vehicle. A good purchase, and a good value. Very pleased.

Though I had to return the wheel chair due to a need change, I found the chair of high quality and deserving of the five stars given. The on thing I found disappointing was the handling of the product during shipping. The original box was totally destroyed. See photo below. It cost me $23 to replace the original box at ups.

Works for my husband, weight 180lbs

I was renting this for $90.00 a month with another company and didn't realize that I could just buy it already assembled from Amazon. The box was a bit damaged, but it didn't scratch the paint nor did it affect any of the performance of this. I paid for the upgraded elevated leg rests and it has helped him a lot with his rehab on his legs. I've had this for over 2 months and I like how easy it is to wipe up and to let it air out. He's been comfortable with this. But I had to get a seat cushion as his surgery was on the lower part. Now if you know anything about Samoans they are big Polynesians, my husband is one of them, and pushing him around in this and going up the hill isn't as bad as I thought it would be. Pushing him on a straightaway is a breeze, it's like pushing a baby stroller. Transferring him with the armrests being able to lift up has made it soo much easier for me too. Either than that it is well built and I am very confident that it WILL last and hold up an adult.
